Kestrel is my favorite store in Northampton! In fact, you would have to travel far and wide to find a more beautifully curated store! It is my go-to for gifts, cookbooks, plants, jewelry, etc. The space is beautiful, and Eliza has such a keen eye for choosing the products that she sells. Just being in there lifts my mood. She has a great staff as well.

My favorite shop in NOHO - in particular, they have a killer selection of super cool, unique jewelry from a variety of designers. There’s a selection of other items from bags to scented oils to plants. I find it curious that other reviews comment on rude customer service as I’ve never experienced that on any occasion. Always very accommodating and friendly!

Diversity, equity and inclusion is not practiced here. Very offensive, rude remarks that will make feel uncomfortable. If you are a person of color, this might not be the best business to support.

Gorgeous shop! Everything is beautiful quality and so thoughtfully curated, I never miss an opportunity to stop into Kestrel when I visit Northampton from Maine. Ive ordered with them from the website multiple times as well and have had nothing but positive experiences (well packaged + prompt shipping and good customer service) Ive purchased some of my favorite pieces of jewelry from Kestrel but also artwork, artisan pottery, incense and perfume oils. This is the perfect shop to treat yourself (or someone else) to hand-crafted unique treasures. As an aside, this place smells amazing and the window displays are works of art in and of themselves that worth checking out. Highly recommend if you're visiting the area or looking for high quality, unique gifts online.

I am incredibly grateful for the level of customer service that I received. Shipping was fast. I live in New Jersey but I will absolutely order from them again in the future.

I used to love the vibe of this gift shop. Even though they are expensive, they sell pretty things but in my last visit, the store manager was extremely rude to me. I shop local so no biggie, will give my money to other awesome shops in town!

This is a beautiful store well worth a visit. I have gotten many gifts here & its one of the few stores I recommend people see when they come to visit. I took one star off because I live in town & although their inventory is wonderful, overall it stays the same. Staff is very nice & helpful.
