Between the warm, genuine welcoming service that Chris welcomes you with and the above expectations service that Lilliam provides you with, I recommend anyone and everyone seeking car insurance to go to King and Cushman. Lilliam is beyond helpful and leaves you walking out feeling satisfied and cared for. I am very thankful for the referral from my friend who has been part of their company for many years. They are extremely lucky to have 2 beautiful, hard working ladies working for their company. I will end by saying you’re welcome if this review brings you in to King and Cushman. For sure recommend King and Cushman specifically Jill Lesko. I shopped around for home insurance when my wife and I bought our first house a few months back. I looked at AMICA, GEICO, Allstate, and Liberty Mutual as well as King and Cushman. I went with King and Cushman specifically for a few reasons: Jill Lesko was great to work with, super informative, responsive, and never pushy. Next: I paid maybe $10-20 dollars more a month compared to some of the larger national brands but I got significantly more insurance coverage with it including 100% extended cost value which none of the other larger companies had without paying WAYYY more. For me it's a no brainer, I'll be recommending King & Cushman/Jill Lesko to all my friends who are looking to buy a house. For reference I bought in Western MA specifically Northampton MA

Even before the whole Covid thing, King and Cushman have always bent over backwards to make sure that their customers are taken care of. They treat each person as an individual, understanding that not everyone is in the same boat. I love these people, and I don't plan on doing business with anyone else.

I've had Safety insurance through King and Cushman since I got my car 4 years ago, and they are some of the absolute nicest people to work with. they walked me through a glass claim when I had a cracked windshield, helped me solve miscommunications with bill payments, and have reliably been there when I needed them. im especially fond of Chris who runs the front desk, I talk to her every month either by phone or in person when I make my payments, and it's wonderful to have someone who knows me on the other end of every transaction. shopping locally isn't just about products, its about services too, and King and Cushman has given me excellent service, answering any questions I had about my policy or payments thoroughly. I absolutely reccomend!
