Great custom work! The entire process from walking in the store with an inspiration to the sketches to the CAD drawing to the execution of the ring, everything was done to the highest quality. And everybody was incredibly sweet and helpful too!

Went in today to get watch bands and watch batteries for 4 watches. Michelle talked me through all the options,wrote up the ticket and she called me 15 min later to say my watches were all fixed.Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.Thank you Michelle
