I want to say thank you to Pat for doing my tattoo at ConnectiCon last Saturday. It's healing so good and love the aftercare balm. This rose piece was for my late mom that passed last February and she loved her roses and plants.

So I put down a deposit for a hundred and made a appointment the artist told me that he had to cancel because of a family emergency which was fine then I never heard from him again I stop bye the shop he was never there and no one ever got back to me and I just lost my hundred dollars and that was it never got tattooed nothing was really awful thanks nite owl

I don't know where to begin! Top tier is the words that come to mind. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and feel like I left being part of the family. The atmosphere, the artists, the humor, all of it. I've never felt so comfortable in any place. I've also never laughed so hard while getting a tattoo!!!! I can't wait to go back in July for more work from Timmy and to see everyone else!

We travel almost 4 hours from Northern NH just to come to Nite Owl and it's worth it every time. Love the shop environment and all the artists. Can't wait to be back in July for more work from Pat and Roxy!!

I have been tattooed by Lindsay and Timmy so far, but every artist at this shop is phenomenal! I not only love getting tattooed here for the BEST work in the country, but because they are some of the nicest, most positive and knowledgeable people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing!
I will happily travel out for more tattoos in the future!

Sadly disappointed without even getting a tattoo. The moment I walked in the door I was judged! I followed their rules by going on line and filling info in ahead of time (months ago) and never heard from them. I decided today I'd stop by. By looking at me I could tell they saw an older woman with no tattoos looking to get a tattoo in a difficult place. Well they were mistaken. I have several tattoos and where I want the new one has special meaning (it was a year long decision process). I never would have thought you would have judged a book by it's cover!

Artist was PatrickWent into the Tattoo shop a few months back lookin to get some new ink, spoke to Patrick about what i was looking for, how big i wanted to go and what the price range i wanted was. I had told him between $250 - $400 for the full tattoo. Got a date left happily, After some time the date came around and it was time to get some fresh ink. Overall the experience was great until the end, When it came time to pay it was about 300$ an i tipped as well. Then came the news that another session was needed and it was going to be another $300 - $500 to finish the tattoo, which is not what we agreed to. This does not include the 100% Deposit i also put down on the tattoo, bringing the total price paid to $400 spent.The Original Agreement was for a $250 - $400 tattoo, not a $700 - $900 dollar tattoo. Nor was it told to me that the Artist i was seeing being the Shop Rate artist. Every artist i have worked with has always been a flat price by piece. I had to find out by a family friend. All and all, Patrick while nice and very friendly but the communication on price was not ideal at the consultation.I had a appointment for the 15th, which I've had to cancel because of the price. Next time it would be nice to know before sitting down that the price of the tattoo was way more then what was agreed too.** EDIT **To answer the bottom response from the owner / shop.Yes Patrick did message me via text, then went on to blame me for the mis-communication. 1. There was no talk of any kind of shop rate. 2. I was asked how much i wanted to spend and i responded accordingly. 3. In the text i was told i was only going to be charged maybe another hour or hour an half. Which is not what was said to me at the counter when i paid for the 1st session. this is now the 3rd time the price has changed. Because of the text messages my review goes from 3 to 1 stars. I will not be returning. Thank you.

Great place to get a tattoo. We walked in to see if our very simple tattoos could be done. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable. We booked for Christmas Eve, but as we were walking out he had a cancellation, so we went in the next day. It was my daughter's and mine first tattoo, we were very nervous. We walked in and was welcomed by the staff. Patrick met with us to show us the stencils. We were very happy. Left there with happy and sad tears- due to the reason for our tattoos. I highly recommend Nite Owl and Patrick, but if he's not available I wouldn't hesitate to go to any other artist. Thank you for making us feel welcomed!! My husband, and daughter's dad will be with us forever now.

Can't say whether I'd recommend or not, hence the middle of the way review. Emailed an artist directly prior to coming to town. I was responded to within a day and told they were booked solid /didn't have their books open. Made sense, high demand for quality artists. Was recommended to email the shop directly. Did so, received an automated response "Due to the volume of emails we receive, please allow us a few days to reply. We try our best to respond as soon as possible, but if you do not receive a response within an appropriate time, please feel free to call us" Well hard to say what an appropriate time is. That varies from person to person. Weeks later,never responded to. Hence the review.
