Wanted to have some hats made for my daughter’s business. I had a print out on what I wanted on the hats. Owner told me he’d do it, but it wouldn’t fit right on the hat and it’d be hard to read. He showed me another layout and I agreed with him ( reluctantly). He was 100% correct. Hats look great!

So I had the pleasure of using Pacific Printing many many years ago and was happy with their amazing work then! I recently went back and I can tell you, NOTHING has changed they still put out quality work on quality garments and have a fast turn around along with friendly service. If you're looking for any type of printing and or embroidering this is the place! Highly recommend them.

Low stock, manager/employee stated they had jackets on back order and didn’t know when they would get in, when I offered to supply my own jackets owner stated” if you supply your own jackets and something happens that we won’t replace the jacket” horrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We've been utilizing their services for over a decade. They are fantastic! The customer service is top notch, and they go above and beyond to help. We've done everything from custom screen printing on shirts, shorts, sweats, and hoodies... to some custom embroidery work on very thick material. I'd highly recommend Pacific Printing.

The selection of shirts and other goods to print on was great! Wish I could say the same about the woman behind the counter! She was super impatient, not helpful at all and acted like she'd rather have us leave than help us place an order. I had called in advance and was told anyone at the counter could help us and to come in anytime. THat was not the case when we arrived. On top of the terrible customer service, they wanted us to pay for the entire order we weren't even helped to place. We were told that the design artist would get back to us within the week. So basically they were wanting me to pay them for something I had no idea I had paid for. Totally ridiculous and super rude. We will not be back.
