I went in because my office printer stopped working and I needed a few copies right away. The woman who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me quickly put together my copies. My bill was 63 cents! She used the change on the counter to pay for it! Really great customer service and would highly recommend them.

Waited twenty minutes at the counter without being acknowledged. Not even a "sorry, we're very busy" just people looking at me and ignoring. Outrageous.

Just got served by someone whose default mode was barely-disguised irritability at any question I asked them. Not sure why the need to make the customer feel like an idiot. However, this is not typical of most of the staff here who are fine.

At first, there was some miscommunication, and I messed up on getting the right file for them to print. It was something I was giving away as Christmas gifts and worked really hard on, so it was important to me. They could have just turned me away, but they told me they wanted to make it right, and they printed the right file for me then and there. I was very happy. The product was high quality also, and I feel happy giving them as gifts. Excellent.

I can't rave enough about this company. they've always been incredibly helpful with my printing needs, but yesterday they went above and beyond. Jacob saw I was having trouble downloading a file for printing and dropped everything to come help me. He was kind and considerate and is a great asset to Paradise. Thanks for the great service!

Paradise Copies helped me with a job that several other print shops would not tackle. They completed the work quickly, accurately, and inexpensively. Their staff was amazing, kind, and offered a myriad of options. Very pleased with the process, product and service!
