“Someone in an earlier comment wrote that they actually enjoyed going to pick up their copies -- and I'd agree. These are such nice people -- and, importantly, not only nice but competent and skilled. Among other positive experiences I've had with them: They noticed and proactively asked about an obvious change that needed to be made with some bookmarks I ordered and just took care of it. Also, so far they've been super fast for simple orders.
