I cannot comment on their work. I never got that far. I brought a bracelet to be repaired and got a quote. A week later I got a phone call telling me that the actual amount it would cost to fix the bracelet would be more than double the original quote. It was too much for me. I went back to the store to pick up my bracelet, and the owner told me this was like a car repair shop. That once I brought the bracelet I agreed to the work. I disagreed with that saying that any repair shop would make sure that I wanted to proceed with the work. She finally agreed to give me back my bracelet. I had given her a $50 deposit and she said that she normally doesn't give back deposits. She knew I would fight her and eventually agreed to give me back my money. I was never given any notice that by giving them my bracelet I agreed to having it fixed there regardless of the cost nor was, I informed that my deposit was non refundable. I would never trust This woman.

I genuinely can't rave about Rebekah Brooks Jewelry enough. I went to school in Boston for a few years, so the city means a lot to myself, as well as my relationship with my now husband. We walked into the HSQ location on a whim (my husband had a show in the area) and we were enthralled with the collections we saw. While none of the pieces were precisely what I envisioned for my wedding day, the staff immediately suggested I make a custom piece. I was looking at Tiffany's for a pearl bracelet, but I wanted something that was unique to me and my day--and this was exactly what I received from the Rebekah Brooks team. The level of detail was extraordinary--I even picked out my clasp! Knowing my piece is one of a kind and something I picked out with my husband in Boston means the world.I loved the jewelry and experience so much that I reached out to the HSQ location a few weeks later to place an order for my wedding band. I already bought one, but wasn't in love with how it framed my engagement ring. Yet again, the Rebekah Brooks team went above and beyond to not only mirror my current rings, but then took the time to place each of the rings I was curious about with the stack so I could see how it would look.If you are looking for meaningful and unique jewelry with ethical sourcing, look no further.

I ordered a contour wheat band (white gold) from Rebekah Brooks Jewelry (RBJ). The first ring I received was 1.3mm wide, which differs from the product specifications on their website (1.7mm) and the RBJ standard that one of their employees conveyed to me via email. It was confirmed at their Northampton store that the ring I received was less than 1.7mm wide and they agreed to exchange it for another wheat contour band. The second ring I received differed from what is advertised in that it was noticeably asymmetrical. I acknowledge that my disappointment with the second ring is more subjective than that of the first, though I believe the asymmetry was a significant deviation from the product as represented on the website. Again I brought it to the Northampton store and they agreed to correct the issue. The third ring I received is as advertised (they also sent a little gift in appreciation of my supporting their local business) - this is the ring I had been hoping for when I placed my order back in April.I was disappointed and frustrated that twice I received an item that was not as advertised – in this review I’ve subtracted one star for each of these items. In my correspondence with the RBJ team they mentioned “the many hours [they] have invested in providing [me] with a piece that meets [my] expectations,” describing themselves as having “been extremely kind and accommodating in an effort to make [me] happy.” I acknowledge and appreciate that the RBJ team spent time correcting these issues to meet my expectations; as a customer I had the reasonable expectation that the item I purchased would align with what had been advertised. If RBJ had sent me a ring that was the advertised width/met the company's own width standards then I would not have had any reason to reach out nor would anyone on their team have had reason to invest additional time correcting this situation.

The store has nice jewelry. Customer service is good. The return policy is tough to swallow having bought a piece of expensive jewelry for my wife and her not liking it. Now we have a store credit instead of issuing our money back. Maybe this is standard for the industry, but not a great approach from my point of view.

Had lost one of my RB vine earrings, and although they are no longer making the same version, Rebekah was able to make a copy from my remaining earring. Just a two-week waiting time, and now I have my favorite pair of earrings again.

I have several beautiful pieces of jewelry from Rebekah Brooks, and I love most that I don't have. I do wish they would have repaired my necklace for free, since it was a common problem with that particular design.

Find another jeweler. They have beautiful pieces but the worst customer service. After several bad interactions following the purchase of a ring they continue to disappoint. For example I reluctantly went in to drop my ring off for regular maintenance and was not promptly greeted. When I finally explained why I was there the sales associate there just stared at my until I took off my ring, instead of asking me to do so. Then she put my ring down on the counter and said well actually I need to help these people over here because they were here first, shrugged apologetically and then walked away...How awkward!! I snatched my rib back up and left. It is so clear to me that these associates are in major need of customer service training and to learn how to make people feel more comfortable and welcome. I will not be returning.

My experience at Rebekah Brooks in Downtown Northampton has been wonderful. I have been buying Jewelry from them for the past 5 years. Everything is unique, handmade, and customizable. I recently purchased a gold band to go with my wedding set and I decided to get it resized after wearing it for a week. I worked with two different employees surrounding this purchase: Jessica and Natasa. Both were great to work with. Jessica was knowledgeable and had a great demeanor. She helped create the band with me and went over necklace options for my mom. Natasa’s customer service was phenomenal because she took the time with me to go over sizing again and made sure that the new ring fit similar to my wedding set. Furthermore, she went above and beyond and fixed a necklace for me that I couldn’t get untangled! She was professional, kind, and thorough. I even loved her outfit! 10/10

Walked in because my husband wanted to buy me a new ring. I'll say this KEEP YOUR BLACK DOLLARS TO YOURSELF SPEND YOUR BLACK DOLLARS ELSEWHERE. The two women especially the blonde was disrespectful disgusting and clearly biased to the two ppl of color who entered their store. Me and my husband walked right on our and I hope they heard when I said . We can go elsewhere I don't like their attitude.Last time I checked my Benjamin's were green but apparently when in my black hands it's not acceptable.

It is unquestionably clear that Rebekah Brooks (and their master jewelers) are truly passionate about their craft.This is a business that does everything a customer could want, and to a level exceeding expectations. I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry from the Northampton location, including gem-set pieces and solid metal. They always provide the absolute highest level of service in-store, and keep the same standard with their products. I have never failed to be amazed by the selection, quality, and professionalism this small business exhibits.Both the Cambridge store and the Northampton store are cozy, well-organized, and staffed by some of the friendliest customer-facing people I have ever met.
