Great place for local food. Especially affordable if you buy an owner membership. I highly recommend owner membership.

The cashiers are like characters from Portlandia: almost comically snobby and sanctimonious. But I try not to let it ruin the experience of what is otherwise a beautiful store! Wish their seafood selection was as good as the Big Y's (too much farmed fish). If it were, I would shop here much more often!
