Plenty of household items, jewelry and bags. Prices were fairly cheap compared to places I've been to.”

“This Goodwill is awesome, the people giving bad reviews are way too picky. They have a flat rate for all items so it's not crazy overpriced the way Savers, Salvation Army and even the little charity shops are becoming. If you want to try things on, just wear leggings and a tank top and do it in the store, they have mirrors and nobody cares.
I've found some of the best items here, I don't even want to divulge what because I don't want competition! The color of the week tag helps a lot, too. Don't change a thing, local Goodwill, keep doing what you're doing!
Oh, and sorting by color is super helpful, imo, I only go for certain colors so it makes shopping way easier, especially since sizes are basically just suggestions (particularly for used clothing when vintage sizes were different). I think color sorting is much more useful than size sorting in a thrift store.”
“I was Googling Roz's to see what time they were open until when I saw all the recent negative reviews. I just felt like I had to chime in. I have been coming to Roz's since 2005, when I was in high school. I don't go all the time, but stop in every couple months or so. I have always had nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone there, and find the employees to be nice and helpful. They have a really cool selection and great deals. The shop dog, Morgan, is also always a treat to see. In my time coming here over nearly 2 decades now, I have always found everyone to be kind and patient with me as a customer. I do not mean to disparage anyone's experience they've had, but I just wanted to toss my own opinion out there. I really love this place and seeing all of the negativity made me sad, whether it was warranted or not.”

“Visiting Northampton for the day and decided to check out this thrift store with 4.7 star review. Totally worth it. The place is neat. Staff is friendly. Picked up 24x24 beautiful bevel glass mirror $2, sweatshirt $6, white shorts $4, gorgeous camel color mohair vintage coat made in Austria fits perfectly $22!?. I will definitely shop here again.”
