Great experience. The website made it easy to monitor the rental. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. When I went to pick up the truck for rental the staff was swift and efficient. I was in the truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. The truck was great and worked as expected and I was able to get all my work done.
Very good staff on site. I had a great experience and I will rent from here again next time I need to move something.

I received extremely rude service from Victor when I returned the truck. He made a number of inappropriate personal statements such as "we're both men here," "if you need to be told what to do, go inside" and falsely accused me of "antagonizing" him when I tried to explain to him what another employee had told me about the specifics of my rental. It was a great experience up until Victor ruined it with his over-the-top disrespectful behavior.
UPDATE: Victor called to offer a reimbursement for something we had disputed. He didn't apologize but still it was good that he made that aspect of the deal right.

I reserved a 5'X8' trailer for a trip and when it was hooked up, the trailer lights weren't functioning. Under duress, I felt like panicking as I was time-limited. However, Victor (the manager) came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem after doing some preliminary work on the connector, and discovered it was a blown fuse. Thank goodness! He took apart my wheel well and showed me how to repair it myself if needed in the future. After he efficiently replaced it, I breathed a sigh of great relief. Benjamin (counter guy) was also very patient and pleasant with me as I tried to determine the best way to save money on the rental. I have had several contacts now with Northampton UHaul and I can say I am very pleased with their service and kindness. Thank you Benjamin and Victor!

Always a good experience here. I rent trailers regularly and buy boxes and I've always gotten great service.

I only have one person working I stood in line for 6 minutes for them to tell me you would be about a half an hour for them to fill my propane tank! Seriously? I and another person walked out because she needed propane and she was after me...

Victor is an absolute comedian, and Charlie is the GOAT. Together they run this place with a lethal combination of efficiency and great spirits. I would highly recommend this location.

General Manager, Victor, was a pleasure to work with. He has a very warm friendly personality, and was patient and knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. We rented a 6’x12’ double axle box trailer. Victor hooked it up to our truck hitch, made sure all the safety connections were made, and even checked the tire pressure at our request. We highly recommend Victor and this UHaul location!

Where do I begin? The check-in was so bad I thought the manager was going to have my car towed away... He also told me he might call the police on me (in front of my kids). The truck was ancient, 168,000 miles, and was dirty. He did clean the back out after I pointed out how dirty it was. The truck should be retired, I didn't feel safe driving it on the highway. The passenger door didn't open from the outside. Literally an unsafe truck. Way overpriced for what I got. I will have to look for other options next time as this Uhaul was terrible.

The customer service rep was very nice and I was able to get my uhaul van within less than 5 minutes. The van was clean, full tank of gas and had no issues. Return was also super quick and easy and I got my emailed receipt within the hour. Would definitely recommend.

If i could give this place a zero star i would. I went in to have two propane tanks refilled. Stood in line with 5 people in front of me and five plus behind me. Person at counter dealt with everyone and every single person had some issue with contracts or problems with quotes and none were helped properly. When i walked up to counter and said i need two propane refills uhaul employee said he isn’t doing them because he is too busy doing other stuff. Instead of wasting peoples time he could have posted a sign at refill station or asked every once in a while what people are waiting for. Just terrible experience for me and people in line. I walked out saying the store sucks a** and everyone just agreed sarcastically saying its never their fault.
