The UMassFive College Federal Credit Union has always employed people who've been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It has been such a pleasure to do business with each and every person with whom I've come into contact and done financial transactions. I've walked out of there thinking I'd like some way to acknowledge that, and, this is it. I would give them 5 stars, they are the BEST.

About a year ago when I moved my bank over to umass five I also moved my vehicle loan there and had a great experience switching everything over. Now, I am trading that vehicle in had a good experience with the loans department. They were aware I needed my bank check today at lunch. Lunch break came and I didn’t hear back from the rep I was working with all week. I emailed, called, left voicemails multiple times. I was very frustrated to say the least. I got to the branch and as James came from lunch break he had the challenge of getting all of my paperwork together and getting me my check in 15 minutes. He worked with underwriting, got my paperwork done, turned out my rep had internet issues at home. He successfully got the job done in 20 minutes for me. I am so appreciative of James, every time I go to the branch which isn’t very often he remembers my name, says hello, and is always so happy. Thank you James for saving my day!! I appreciate you & all your help always.

THE WORST BANK EVER! I would never travel with using them again. If you want to get stranded even after putting travel accommodations on your card a week before leaving and confirming them the day of travel. unbelievable and UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!

Long time member of this credit union and then I got fed up with their fees and switched to Capital One. UMassFive has rude staff that are unwilling to help and charges fees for everything even on unauthorized charges! Wait times to reach staff are always long and this credit union does not care about its members. Its about as bad as regular banks these days. Used to recommend them to everyone and now I dread anything to do with this place. Changing to Capital One was the best banking decision I've made. Absolutely ZERO fees so our money stays our money. Do not recommend UmassFive.

We went in to join the credit union and were helped by Tricia who was very friendly and explained everything to us. Bonus: Rich, the President and CEO, stopped by with a bagful of local corn and gave us 4 ears to take home. All in all a sweet welcome.

So far I have dealt directly with two of you employees for things bigger than making a withdrawal. Tricia has been helping me lately and like Matt eddy she is wonderfully helpful and beside all of the help she has given in my business transitions she is also kind enough to listen attentively to my rambling on ways lol. ?
