Carl at the Noho Verizon was super awesome! He helped me save over $30 on my phone bill by switching my plan and deleting extra add-ons that I was paying for but didn’t know about and wasn’t using. I highly recommend going to see him!

I went into the Main street location for help with my old phone. I met with Carl, he helped me trouble shoot my phone and helped me upgrade to a new device while actually saving money on my plan. He took the time to explain features on my account I have not been using to full capabilities.

Great service! We came in hoping to replace and upgrade iPhones. Carl had extensive knowledge of many options. He helped adjust my Verizon plan to save money, answered all our varied questions, and was attentive to other customers as well.

I dropped my phone on the highway and Carl in the downtown Northampton location showed me how to access my find my on my I pad he sold me. I found my device and came back and Carl replaced the screen protector and put me in a new case and phone is like new thank you so much Verizon

Semaj was absolutley fantastic. Very professional, very helping, very patient. Very easy to talk with which makes the process so much better. I truly appreciate everything he did for me to help me get a new phone!!!! He’s amazing!!

My experience today was very pleasant! While going through a divorce and needing a new cell plan and phone with all the bells and whistles Carl was very very polite and very informative. Keeping me reassured that everything would go smoothly the transition and transaction was quick and painless. I hope you hire more attentive and kind people such as Carl. This was a great end to my day.

Impressed. Recommend. This store is clean, convenient, comfortable, and well stocked. But it is manager Carl's intelligence and depth of knowledge, as well as his customer focus and likeability, that make shopping here or getting account/tech advice a truly superior experience. I walked in with a dead old portable wifi hotspot, and even though Carl was helping another customer ahead of me, I walked out in 15 minutes with working wifi, security advice (hadn't asked), and phone upgrade ideas (asked).
