Courtney provided impeccable care that wasn't available to me using western medicine to treat the aftermath of a bicycle accident which resulted in a concussion, whiplash, scarring, nerve issues and sleep difficulties. She's a master of her craft, and someone I know I can turn to for honest, insightful advice.

When I first came to Courtney I was an entrepreneur who liked to think a lot. It often felt like my creativity was running away with me and I couldn't keep up. With the support of acupuncture, herbs, and lifestyle changes, my energy shifted. I felt as though my mind and my body were moving at the same pace and I was much more present in my relationships. Almost two years have passed, and I still feel the same way. Whenever I have a minor health concern pop up, I reach out to Courtney, and she provides just the right herbal medicine that I need to feel better quickly. Over the years, I've recommended many clients to Courtney, both for energy-related challenges such as procrastination and for women's health concerns. I highly suggest setting up an appointment with her if you're ready to heal any physical or energetic discomforts. You'll be happy that you did.

I've had back spasms and pain from scoliosis my entire life (33 years) I treat my pain with chiropractic care and young living essential oils, but nothing ever got rid of the pain, only temporarily got rid of the pain. I sought out Courtney to help with my back issues and was hoping she would be able to offer some relief before the birth of my second baby girl due in May. After 4 sessions I am completely pain free, no back pain at all and I'm 27 weeks pregnant! She was well worth the money and I look forward to returning for further treatment right before baby is due!

I refer so many clients to Courtney, for period pain, procrastination, and so many other challenges. I've experienced a major shift since working with Courtney myself. I highly recommend her to you, too!

I think that Courtney is a true empath. This gives her an extraordinary capacity for understanding health, pain, and healing. I first encountered her in one of her excellent yoga classes at the YMCA. She noticed me struggling to deal with a very swollen post-surgery knee. After class she came to speak to me. Whereas the surgeon was offering to stick a huge needle in my knee to drain it, she offered me tiny painless needles on her acupuncture table. After several treatments my knee drained, circulation restored. I have recommended her to many of my friends and they all say the same thing: "wonderful, kind and effective." I have studied yoga for many years and with some of the best yoga teachers in the area. Although I still count myself as a beginner, I know a great teacher when I see one, and Courtney is one of them. Her knowledge of the body is unsurpassed. She explains not just how to do the asanas but why we do them. She watches her students carefully and points out the tiny corrections that make all the difference in the effectiveness of a pose. She constantly helps students to avoid injury and or to treat chronic injury. She inspires us to get stronger, more focussed, and quieter all at the same time.

Courtney is a magical healer and pain management yoga instructor. Her combined bedside manner, expertise and knowledge, and effective results make her one of the best and most pleasant healers I've worked with. She provides realistic solutions and exercises that are both doable and effective. During the instruction I've been blown away by her medical and technical understanding of the body combined with her calm, understanding, judgment-free approach that makes it so pleasant to work with her. I cannot recommend her enough.
