YES Computers stands out in an era of impersonal service, delivered by non-human intelligence that gives limited choices and long hold times. I was tired of long waiting lines at the Apple Store and decided to give them a try.My 10-year-old son had fried his iPad battery and there was no way to back up data before hardware replacement surgery. I had an excellent experience at YES Computers: easy parking, personal attention, calm surroundings with plenty of cool things to look at.The staff patiently endured rhe failure to access and disable the FindMy App. It took 45 minutes of stress and upset, just to complete that requirement. It took a call to Apple Customer Support. This was just to drop off the iPad.$400 later my son was devastated. He had lost all of his data! This was nofault of YES computers. The previous service had failed to connect his iPad to iCloud. We’re not very technical. The service had been a rush job.Tyler from YES Computers contacted me to follow up on service satisfaction. I reported my plight and he actually offered to look at my iPad and make sure this never happens again.My son was happy to know that he’s protected in the future. Tyler also checked my other devices to make sure everything was set up correctly. He took the time to show me how things work and what to do.FIVE STAR for smart, personal service.

I brought in my antique Macbook pro , which would not start .They gave it mouth to mouth , but it was gone . Mark, Tyler and Jackson were amazing and very helpful . They were able switch over all my data on the old hard drive and my back up drive to a new machine IMAC M3 , which I bought from YES computers . They were more than professional , but very friendly and kind too . I was back up and running within two days. Great business and I will return to buy something else . Thanks again folks

One of the best experience with apple appointments! Tyler fixed our keyboard in less than five minutes and he also quickly made a changing space available for our baby. Walked out of the store and felt very grateful. The experience feels very personal at a local store comparing to an official Apple Store. The work are still high quality and professional, highly recommended.

I am giving Yes Computers the highest possible recommendation. The person who initially answered the phone was extremely helpful and patient. Then, when I brought the phone in, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed; the phone was ready for me to pick up that afternoon. Additionally, the bill for the repair was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Yes Computers to my friends.It is best to schedule an appointment for quicker service.

I took my new MacBook Air to Yes Computer along with my old MacBook Pro and asked them to transfer the data from the old to the new. What I got back today is a disaster. I can barely use the MacBook Air. Now I don't know what to do. When I called the dealer on the phone and sought their advice, they said to do X, Y, and Z (which I didn't understand) and call back later: "we're really busy now." I'm not a computer geek, so I hesitate to work on this new computer alone. I'm really disappointed. Stephen

I was told 3-5 days for a repair, then 6 days, which turned into 8 days. (They didn't even look at it until 3 days after I dropped it off). I also found the team unresponsive and rude. I'll be going to the Apple store in Holyoke from now on.

So great to have a mac store with friendly folks right here in town! Being able to stop in for service or to buy Apple products and accessories saves me a car trip to the Mall-Ew.
