Website says open.
Drove 30 minutes just for the sign on the door say “closed on sundays” . will never be going to this location again.

Tyler at the Northboro, MA AT&T store is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was also very patient with my son when helping to teach him how to use his new phone. This was my first visit to this location and the customer service was top notch compared to other locations. I will be returning to this store for any future needs.

Hi5 to David, it was easy to understand all the deals and pricing with him and he could quickly get us through with finalizing our phone. While the phone we bought had an esim issue just identified before the closing hours of the store, he did ensure that Tech Support team resolves it and then we leave. Such courteous efforts go long way?
Happy to have come to this store and bought our phone. Will recommend this place to friends in future.

Tyler at this location is great! He always helps me out with my plan issues and getting set up. Recently I had some issues getting my Apple Watch Ultra connected and he was able to guide me through the whole process and I haven’t been happier. Will definitely return for any other cellular needs.

Horribly run ATT store. In my whole life,I’ve never been treated so poorly. These people will lie and say whatever they have to in order for you to buy a phone from them. I’ve never been treated and talked to so rudely in my whole life like I was by this lowlife named Tyler. He basically told me I was liar. Honestly, I have far better things to do with my time than forging receipts that they told me to save just to save a few hundred bucks or to keep arguing with some child... Keep in mind, I’ve probably bought 6-phones from this store alone in the last couple of years. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from them ever again. Honestly, I would’ve never done business with AT&T again, but to their credit, they made the situation right after an hour on the phone. Don’t shop here. They are very unethical and their staff like this Tyler character have no clue what they are doing whatsoever.
