“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.
Though it's sad to see my car is totaled at the end, I am still glad it's this group of people handled the last journey of her. Bye M4.”

“I just had my 24 foot pontoon boat detailed by V&C and I could not be more pleased with their services! They are total professionals from start to finish. They returned every phone call, showed up exactly when promised, did a great job, and when finished they left the place spotless. I’m going to have them back to detail my car in the fall!
Update: As planned I had my RAV 4 detailed in the fall and my 2000 BMW Z3 detailed in November before I put it away for the winter season. Both vehicles look and smelled new after detailing. Even the 25 year old Z3 looked like it had just been driven off the showroom floor. Equally important to me is the excellent customer service Moises provides, especially the pick-up and drop-off option. I am already scheduling a date for V and C to prepare my pontoon boat for the summer season (which can’t come soon enough).”

Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”
