“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.

“Mario did an awesome job on my car! Starting from the pick up/delivery service. It was LONG overdue, and everywhere I go, my Golden Retriever with all his hair comes with me! He did the interior, exterior with wax, brought my fogged up headlights back to life and even steam cleaned my engine making my whole car look brand new!!! I’m so glad I had the engine cleaned as well, as he found that mice were making a home under my hood. So happy it was found before they did some major damage!!! “I have these guys on a rotating schedule for both my SUVs. They are incredibly flexible, deliver a great product and the price point is great. I have the trucks done about every six weeks and justify the cost against my time and weekly car washes. It comes out way in favor of having Clean Cars do them. And having a brand new car every six weeks is a pretty cool thing.”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

The owner is very hands on, and steps in to provide customer service when necessary.You can't go wrong with L2G! Best to book directly, than go through Grpn IMHO.”
“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”
