I do not know what kind of BJ's App allows you to pay with your phone...once again corporate America is not caring about the customer. The person who used the app...something went wrong...they could not resolve some sort of desremancy at the door. I KID YOU NOT....14 people in line waiting to leave the store...the person with the problem still could not leave....the customers who have already paid were backed up all the way to the check out. You get what you pay for....phone apps and self check out save CORPORATE AMERICA money. NOT the consumer. Just look at the prices of the things we need to live. That is all.

BJ's Wholesale Club's used to be a great avenue for saving money, but that seems to no longer be the case. We used to purchase a lot of our meats and chicken from BJ's, but the supermarket is now more often than not the better buy. And with the limited selection...why bother? Things are particularly bad with their Rewards program, which is very poorly run. We've had Rewards go missing, been denied Rewards for qualifying purchases (are they changing the terms and conditions on the fly?), and more. To add insult to injury, their customer "care" team is anything but caring. We've been loyal BJ's shoppers for some time now, but with Costco just down the road? We're rethinking our membership, as we have both a BJ's and a Costco membership. We also scored a great membership deal with Costco, given my husband's status as a veteran. I haven't seen the same consideration from BJ's. What a shame.

Had a good shopping trip until I noticed the petitioners in front of the store. I spoke with the manager and was told they are aware and although they don't agree there is nothing that they could do because it is public space. I have never seen any political signs at a shopping plaza and I am disappointed that this is allowed. A shopping plaza should be somewhere where anyone can feel welcome I also sent an email to the manager of the plaza and I hope to hear back about changes. Manger of the plaza email is
[email protected]. I hope others will voice their concerns.

went there today to do my monthly grocery shopping and right in front of there doors is a couple of nasty men who are set up with a table hawking customers to sign their petition to stop immigrants from getting their licenses. disgusting. turned right back around, didn't think a company as big as BJs would ever stoop so low to be involved in something so gross. I'll be canceling my membership as soon as I get home.

so I have been shopping at BJ's lately and I wanted to give shout out to the svelte (147.34 pounds) cashier Dani; he was very friendly and open and has a great attitude about his job. More people at BJ's should be like him, great job.

Awful customer service, and a terrible experience with this store. Would not recommend shopping here.

I love BJs. Although we don't need everything in wholesale, we still shop here. Lot of stores in the state and some with gas. Gas is usually 20 to 30 cents cheaper than other gas stations. Organic produce is good. The stores are huge, they have almost everything and the membership fee is not expensive at all!!

Merchandise is often not in stock, and never reflected in the App. Hardly anyone on the floor available to help find items. Coupons 'clipped' on the App are mysteriously missing from the final Bill. Least offerings of all BJ's branches.

For over 11/2 years, this store has had lines at the register that sometimes stretch accross the entire store. About a year avo I started complaining about it, and was told they're fixing it. I went there 2 weeks ago, and while waiting in line, a woman in front of me called someone else to get in line with her, and she had a carriage full. Then, a guy walked up, went around the line, and up to a register. An employee saw this, and did nothing. Then, he told me that the day before, the line was alll the way accross the store AGAIN. I sent another message, and was told someone would call me within 3 business days. We are now at day 10, and still waiting. When my membership expires, I'm done with this place. They JUST DON'T CARE, and I'm not paying for the privelege of shopping there anymore.

Went there today, I used the self checkout. I need help to scan the water because it is heavy on me. I saw someone right next to me helping the customer, so I asked her "Can you help me to scan the water when you are done?" She came over, she was not happy and told me, "The screen had button to ask for help, you have to be SMART and do that to ask someone to help you" I was shocked, did she just I AM NOT SMART just bc I saw her next to me, that's why I asked her instead of hit the button Ask For Assistance. . What a NICE customer service. So I told her "You don't have to help me if you don't want to" She still scanned the water for me but honestly, I wanted to return everything so badly, but I could not be rude and mean like HER. She should not get that job if she can not be nice to people and customers. BJ's is my favourite place to shop but I was so disappointed, feel so sad that BJ's has employee like that. Her name is Selvi (self check out member club 211).

Rude people that work there. Don't even look up at you or acknowledge you. Very disorganized in their online shopping for pick up and lots of confusion when you go to pick up.

If I could give this club a 0 I would. This is the 3rd curbside pick up that I have done there and the 3rd time with a problem. First time I was charged for an item I never got. Second time they forgot all my frozen items and I had to drive all the way back. Today was a horrible experience with the curbside pick up people. Customer service lady was friendly, but trying to transfer to the people in charge for pick up orders takes over a half hour and then they tell you that th

Choose another BJ's in the area, Natick or Auburn, steer clear of this location. I've been a loyal BJ's member since 1994, love the Auburn site but was in the area shopping, so tried out Northboro. Never again. The staff is rude, the self checkouts constantly don't scan items, and the manager's suggestion was pay for everything else and bring that one item to customer service for them to figure out why it won't scan. Ok, let me wait in line ANOTHER 20 minutes in that line where no one is social distancing. Have some pride in your store Mr. Manager, I get it, it's a packed rainy day and you had 4 people call out sick and you'd rather be home watching the Pats game, well, me too but I'm here buying paper towels and toilet paper on my one day off this week. The manager literally told the woman working the check out line "heard them through like cattle!" That's exactly how they make their customers feel.
