Bought a pair of Hoka shoes for $170 and wore them three times, but they were causing severe lower back pain. When I tried to return them, the manager refused, claiming they weren't in returnable condition. Total scam!

Cleat kiosk is great if it’s busy. If a customer is literally the only one around and struggling to find cleats to find their child, some 1:1 help would be nice. Tried to ask for another size and she shoved the box under the scanner, handed it back to me and walked away. A frustrating experience made worse by poor customer service.

My boyfriend purchased a $230 Boston Bruins game from Dicks in Nashua NH. It was the wrong size, so we went to return it this evening at the Leominster store, as it was more convenient. Apparently the wrong tag was put on the shirt and we were told by the cashier it could not be returned. My response was "it's not our fault Dicks put the wrong tags on it". He immediately called the manager "Cecile" who came over with the biggest puss on her face. Explained the situation and she could not help, as again it was the wrong tag for the shirt and she didn't know if the store did it or "we did". Imagine my response. We were told we would have to go to the Nashua store, My response was all the Dicks are the same". As I'm writing this, we are taking a 40 minute ride to return an item that could have been returned and the issue resolved there. This is not over, I will be taking further action.

Waiting here for a total 20 mins for them to bring a shoe.Avoid going if you don't have 1 hr to buy a shoe. The manager should be fired for operating a new flow that is clearly not ready.Most incompetent experience, very unpleasant.

Currently (29 July 2023) the store is under construction and/or remodeling. Check-out experience was very slow due to this. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon.

I had ordered something online and wanted to pick it up quickly, within the hour. They had it ready in about 30 minutes. It was just a game but I was happy to grab it on the way home.The store was not busy. I was poking around before I went to pick up my item at the register. I didnt have to wait long for them to bring it out from the back.Both of the clerks were friendly.
