I keep hearing radio commercials for DN and all of them talk about a flawless experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. We had numerous items missing and damaged items, and the crew was hours later than anticipated which caused us to be displaced an extra night. The crew worked very hard, but because of time constraints, I felt like they were less careful which was evident in the fact that over the course of the weeks and months following our move we continued to discover missing or damaged items.

All 3 men were great, moved everything, didn’t break anything, very professional and just all in all did a great job. We worth the money! If we ever move again we will be using this company again!

DN Van Lines helped us move our stuff out of 2 storage units into our new home. Beginning with Elizabeth our interaction was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had to change the date a couple of times and she was easy to work with. The 3 movers were unbelievable!! They were so strong and fast!! We were done in 3 hours from start to finish. Our son and daughter in law used them and that’s how we learned about them. They were also very happy with their move. Also to add nothing was broken or damaged and we had a lot of loose items in the storage units. If you need a great moving company call DN Van lines. Price was awesome as well.

The movers were extremely efficient. One piece of furniture was dropped and damaged during the process, but one of the movers had tools on hand and was able to make repairs on the spot. Would definitely recommend.

The men who moved us were wonderful! Patient, kind and courteous. I think we moved on the hottest day of August! I would recommend having someone check how much you are moving before a truck comes though, we did not have enough room and had to hire them again!

Prior to the movers coming were very professional and clear with pricing, but day of the move didn’t go as well. They came 2 hours later than scheduled, nice guys but several expensive items were broken or damaged during the move and they went very slow paced. Ended up being $2000 instead of the $1350 we were quoted. We mostly had only boxes and a few pieces of furniture. Foreman spent most of the time chatting with friends on his phone in the truck. Probably won’t be using them in the future.

Terrible employees that drive their entire fleet of vans into a 7-11 parking lot EVERYDAY and block the city traffic so they can get breakfast. They blocked my car in and then wouldn’t move so I could leave.
