I have never used a storage facility before. Checked several in area and was concerned with issues such as folks waiting to access their storage, untidy area etc, but not at Extra Space Storage. The facility was tidy, organized, well attended and the service was excellent! Jackie listened to my concerns, resolved all doubt that this facility would serve our needs.

Super easy to move from one unit to another. In my case, I was downsizing the space. They even called to tell me the lock on the new unit wasn't installed correctly because I didn't move the bar all the way over to the right. Great people!!

Extra Space, Northborough MA was a very well maintained , climate controlled storage for our furniture and personal items. I would recommend this storage to any person who wants care in storage.
