Spoke with customer service and they couldn’t have been more compassionate & caring. Cremated remains of our beloved pet were returned a few days after they received them with the options that were requested. Thank you!!!!

We love what they do. Every dog we had from our two labs to our beautiful Great Dane. The pictures are their final resting spot. We have two of them in my bedroom and one in the playroom. Great service
