“Stopped to get some jewelry appraised and Andrea offered to clean my rings. A 5 year old ring that I had fabricated at another local jeweler made from my mom's diamond jacket ring was a mess! Prong settings loose, diamonds set incorrectly and loose. Andrea had her fabricator take a look at and he wouldn't touch it, so we had it redesigned in platinum which was supposed to be done 5 yrs ago and they missed the boat on that too. Anyhow, picked up ring today, it is gorgeous. First time meeting Andrea, she is the best. She went out of her way to get this ring right and delivered in short notice. I will be back! Thanks Andrea!!”
