“Lots of nice gift items but I feel they're a bit overpriced. I was there mainly to get a tree. 5.5' tall with nice, stiff branches for $94. Still, I'd rather spend my money on a local business instead of a big box store. They said they trimmed the bottom of the tree before putting it into my car but I don't think they did.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”
“It's convenient, I believe you gotta have a company registered to purchase here at least for bulk materials. The place is pretty big. I don't use the as much, for some how I always forget they are here.”
“I’m not sure why everybody has so many issues with these guys. I went and visited their location stopped in and walked around the yard to see what materials I’d need and what the best mulch was for my use. I submitted an online order form for 3 yards of Hemlock and Mike gave me a call first thing the following morning. The order was delivered about three hours later right Where I needed it. I Found out quickly I needed another 4 yards and I gave him a call back and it was delivered all in the same day.”

“My first visit here to this magical hidden gem! I was delighted to find the holiday shop in full swing. This girl loves some Christmas! The decor was inspiring and absolutely beautiful. They know how to use their space and take advantage of every inch, without being cluttered or tacky. There is so much to see in the main room that I walked around twice. Several full size trees were decorated with different themes. Ornaments galore to suit anybody's taste. Then, I headed to the greenhouse. First, though, I had to pass thru a magical room filled with an array of lighted, sparkling snow globes! Magical. The next room was wall to all swags and wreaths - all shapes and sizes. Finally, I reached the greenhouse, which did not disappoint. It was much less about Christmas, but filled with beautiful plants, succulents and other garden delights and decor.The staff was friendly, greeting me warmly and answering questions freely. There was even a nice pair of restrooms available. I purchased a small trinket for a gift and the checkout was pleasant. They have a rewards program, which was explained briefly and I was registered in no time. Instantly, I had coupons in hand for future visits. My gift was lovingly wrapped and bagged.I lingered outdoors to enjoy some tastefully arranged decorations and a small collection of live trees. The outdoor area was largely unused in this post-growing season visit, but I could easily imagine how lovely it must be in spring and summer! I'll be back to find out!”
