We went to get pants for our younger son. Old Navy is the store for our kids shopping. Bit expensive but like the fit and comfortable material.

Literally the worst staff at any retail store I have ever been! They asked me to use my own bag ( I had a grocery bag in my hand) when I asked for additional bag! I bought 9 articles on clothing including jackets and she gave me 2 bags! Clowns operate this store!

Wanted to do an exchange but the cashier if I am not mistaken her name was Ilia doesn’t know her work well. Because of her mistake I had to pay extra $9. Just went to exchange and ended up paying extra. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staffs at Nortborough Crossing Old Navy. Better to go to Solomon Pond Mall Old Navy instead as they are friendly and go out of the way to help.

Kylie at Northboro Old navy was a breath of fresh air, nothing short of awesome! She helped pick out custom outfits gifts for our girls, she really pulled through....trust me, we needed her! Thank you Kylie! Merry Christmas and God bless you sweetheart ??
