Wish I could give them no stars. This is the worst Quest location!! Avoid them.

Do not get blood work done at this location . No one working the window and they make you sign in with a kiosk . They then give you the option to wait outside which I did then they called me in early only to make me wait another 40 mins . The staff basically just ignores any attempt to get help .

Check in process was easy with a kiosk option and a SMS text option. Staff was friendly and professional. Would have liked an in-person summary for patients of what's actually being done during the visit. Quest processes a lot of orders for physicals and may not realize an individual patient may not know what to expect because we don't actually see the order from the insurance company or wherever. Waiting area shared with other medical practices and feels a bit crowded and chaotic. Still, overall good experience and I prefer this location to other Quest locations I've used in the past.

I just had the most amazing experience at Quest! I am a tough stick...so when I was told I had to get some last-minute bloodwork done, I started chugging water and panicking...My experience is usually bruises, poking around...I live in fear of a nerve being hit, and of having to apologize endlessly for my fickle veins. With that in mind, I walked into Quest and completed the sign-in process at the kiosk. Simple and quick. Was told I could be seen in 5 minutes...panic intensifying...and to my slight dismay I was called in in 5 minutes! I immediately told Sarai I was a tough stick...and she responded, "Well you're in good hands...my specialty is infants!" Music to my ears, and so reassuring. I immediately felt better. She was so warm and funny; her vibe would have put me at ease even if she didn't have the qualifications (which she did). You know how you can tell when someone loves their job? And you know you're in the right place? That's how Sarai made me feel, and it totally turned my day around. She asked me for permission to check my other arm, and warned me of the expected pinches and pokes as she went through the process - just perfect etiquette of respect for body and boundaries. She kept me informed of her observations throughout the whole process too, which really helped me feel aware and in control. The whole process took less than five minutes and was painless. She also told me what to tell phlebotomists in the future - my veins are okay, just small, so I should request a pediatric/butterfly needle (maybe this info can help someone else). Just a perfect experience that turned my day around (maybe my life, lol, now that I know to request the kids' needle!). I feel bad for the people who had bad experiences here...but if you go to Quest and are lucky enough to get Sarai (I wish I could remember the coworker she also said was good with tough veins!) trust that you're in good hands, literally. God bless

I was a bit nervous about visiting this lab for the first time after reading some of the reviews. However, I had a great experience so I wanted to add my own review. I do recommend making an appointment if possible. I chatted with another person in the waiting room and she said that once previously she had walked in and was able to be seen right away, but this time she had been waiting for a while (she had not made an appointment in advance). I myself waited for just a couple of minutes. I had scheduled my appointment two days prior. The woman who took the blood sample was very friendly and professional, and the whole thing was painless and I was out of there about 10 minutes after I arrived.

I have always had a terrible experience trying to use this lab. It is best avoided. Making an appointment is extraordinarily difficult. Neither the web site nor the automated phone number would allow me to make an appointment. Making an appointment in person worked, but that means I had to go once to make the appointment and then a second time for the appointment. Note there is no person at the lab to help you make an appointment; that too is automated. Even when you have an appointment, the lab sometimes runs late. I recommend going to Boston instead to get medical attention. Boston has leading hospitals where labs are easy and fast to use.

Place is a complete joke every single time I go here. Same with the milford location. Doesnt matter what you’re there for it’s always some excuse as to why they can’t do it. Today nobody even there. Nobody waiting nothing I try to book at kiosk for walk in and no appointments. I go online to see if I can book for following day open appointments available but as soon as you select book says time slot filled. So did we go out of business or what? God forbid you have more than one vial to draw otherwise you will get backlash. I left once after being told they basically didn’t want to draw 5 vials for a Lyme test so I went next door and paid 50 bucks and they happily took my blood.

Lazy people. They are to busy talking and playing with phones to help you. They want yo to do everything online or over the phone even though the system is down. Wondering if they're just as good with getting the results of tests. Ma need to change doctors to one who uses some other labs

I made my appointment for 4:40. I showed up early, checked in. I still have not been seen and it is now 5:20. What's the point of making an appointment if the appointment times are an absolute joke.

I’m very satisfied with my visit today. I had pre-booked an appointment and I was seen on-time. The technician greeted me in a friendly manner. She was very competent- my blood draw was as painless as it could be. No subsequent bruising either. I was on my way in ten minutes. This was my fifth or sixth visit to this office in the span of four years and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Similar to below terrible experience. Was given the wrong testing supplies so I was told I had to redo the test. Additionally they were out of the correct supplies. Only one person working so the wait was long. Been to other locations that seem to operate a lot better. Very disappointing.

We make appointments and we’re in there no longer than 5 minutes. Very nice technician!
