So I went there to get gas cause it was cheaper than the others and I was very low. It’s full service the guy I couldn’t believe I heard my ears twice. Asked me what do you want to drink? It’s on the house now that is amazing customer service not only full serve but a free soda because it’s so hot out, I will frequent this place more often. They are really very pleasant.

Best place for gas by Ski Ward! Super nice service. I always low key dread getting gas but this was such a pleasant interaction.

On the Sunday over Memorial Day weekend my BMW sounded every warning for brake failure and multiple looming disasters. This was the worst possible timing as the weekend after was our son's high school graduation. We had family members flying into town from all over and desperately needed our car for transport. (Especially for the more senior members of the family.) We also had a road trip planned following graduation weekend. So we brought our car to Bobby's on the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. Fingers crossed that the issues could be resolved quickly. It took the rest of the week and Bobby having to order parts to be delivered to his garage before he could fully fix the issue. On Friday afternoon, the part finally arrived after being held up by supply chain issues. Bobby set to work but at 5pm, his closing time, it was still not working. We got a call saying that getting it fixed was looking bleak for the weekend. We went into slight panic and trouble shooting mode. However, we got a second call at 9pm saying that it was fixed if we wanted to swing by and get it! Yes! I cannot thank Bobby enough for saving our weekend and putting in the extra hours to get our car functioning! I highly highly highly recommend Bobby T's Garage for your auto mechanic needs! Simply above and beyond! I'd give Bobby and his business 10 stars if I could!

I came to them desperate and scared. I was trying to drive back to Ohio but my car didn't want to leave. They gave me quick service along with being so kind and understanding. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this place!

Big shout out to Bobby T's -- this is the 3rd time Bobby has saved my you know what when I had car issues. The last time my old Land Rover had some leftover bad gas (from another station) in the tank after sitting for awhile -- and it wouldn't start after I went to the vacuum station next door. Bobby's was already closed but he was still there and walked over with some starting fluid and got me going. Even gave me some injector cleaner to take with me with instructions to go add gas and use it. No charge. Seriously, who does that? And and not a problem since. Then after a recent flat 50 miles away AAA repair didn't have a big enough socket to fix the tire (really? AAA) so I had to have it towed. Nobody near at that time had one either -- but one call to Bobby T's and he said "Of course I've got a 27mm." I was done and back on the road again in no time. He even ordered -- on his own -- a set of lug nuts from England as he said mine had swollen and thought i or another customer might need one someday and he wanted to have them. Who does that? They definitely live up to their motto. And I'm not going anywhere else with my vehicles. Thanks Bobby. Cheers, Bob

I know a little bit about mechanic so I regularly do my own car maintenance and tune up. But for bigger job I would come to this garage for help. I found that the price is reasonable and the mechanic is trust worthy. My last job was a rethread of a spark plug and it was a job well done. Will come again.

i work here ...nice little station with coffee and many items of food ,snacks and drinks to choose from ...The help is pleasant and helpful ...we have had many lottery winners here ...in just my 5 weeks of working here i have cashed several 10 to 30 $ instant ticket wins from 40 to 100 $ not bad for a small gas station ...the mechanics shop in the 2 bay garage attached to station is one of very friendly hardworking mechanics who are always smiling even while working in this very humid hot weather ...july 2018 ...the gas is cheaper than the other stations as well ...come by and try sunoco 😊

Outstanding service! Sorry for a long review but it is well deserved. While traveling from New Hampshire to NY on a Friday morning before Labor Day weekend, my Jet ski trailer suspension collapsed on I 290. We crawled to the closest repair shop who said they could help me next week. After several phone calls to local shops nobody could help same day. Fortunately right next door was Chris Parker auto truck and trailer repair, this guy greeted us with a smile and stopped what he was doing. Chris had my trailer on the lift in minutes and explained exactly what was needed, he knows his stuff. Chris hooked me up with a local parts supplier to get me up and running within a couple hours. He could have emptied my wallet considering the jam I was in but he charged a very reasonable price. Chris Parker clearly understands how to provide great customer service, my only complaint is that his shop is not in NY so I could send him a ton of well deserved business. It is very hard to find a quality honest mechanic. Thank You Chris Parker!

Chris Parker fixed my flat tire on the fly and refused payment, saying "Just give me your work when you need it." Can't beat that!
