Rania, the shift manager was kind enough to adjust the price on an item that was misproperly stocked above the wrong price tag and saved me $30. Now THAT'S customer service and satisfaction! Thank you again, Rania! Much obliged!

My mom purchased a ACER CHROMEBOOK for my son 9 months ago for his birthday. The chromebook recently died. I've been told by GEEK SQUAD from Best Buy, that the battery most likely died and/or the motherboard is fried. Either way the chromebook should not have died this soon-9 months later. One day it was working...the next day it wouldn't come on...right when my son needed to log on to Google Classroom for school. Thank GOD I had another laptop in my home smh. Do not purchase electronics from from WAL-MART. All they'll say is, "Call the manufacturer". No help whatsoever. They're selling defective products.
....a couple of days later it was verified that the motherboard of the ACER CHROMEBOOK that was purchased from Northborough's Walmart was FRIED! Walmart is selling defective products.
In addition- the employees are LAZY! Who's job is it to retrieve the same item with an actual bar code on it? The employee told me it was MY JOB to grab the same item with a bar code on it LOL....What a joke! Just because she wanted to stand near the self check out area to talk to her friend

at one point, three employees watched me try to put items on the belt, balance a bag of potting soil, two poster frames and a child's toy, did not offer to help at all (two of the three were deeply engaged in a conversation about where they were having pizza that evening) while the other one watched and listened, and then the gentleman ringing up my items asked if I wanted bags! None of my items would have fit into any bags! they did not offer a cart or to help at all.

I am from Oklahoma and most of the Walmart stores around Oklahoma City are not near as nice as this one in Westboro. It is a clean store with a great selection of items. The clearance racks have nice and plentiful selections as well!

I went to the outdoor/garden department to buy planting pots and seeds. I could find seeds (although some shelves were disorganized), but the app mentioned that a specific pot was available, which I could not find in the aisle. When I asked customer service, they said they were sold out!
In general is a clean and neat place, but I was not satisfied with its garden department.
