“This was a quick shopping visit. I was able to get in, found what I needed ( a LS shirt on sale), and out in 10 minutes. Would have been even faster, but the checkout girl was new and had to call her manager for help. Very nice workers. Better prices than the Target nearby.”

“It's very well stocked for the upcoming holiday season. But I was shocked to see how limited it was outside this current season when I first visited in June. Currently, in November, it is very well stocked. It has always been clean, so that was a big positive.”
“Lorna and her niece were super helpful when I came in to look for a prom dress. Although I ultimately ended up buying a dress from somewhere else, I knew from that brief experience that they would do excellent job with any alternations I needed. My prom was in a couple of weeks and they were able to have the dress altered in time. Additionally, when my mother and I arrived to pick up the dress, there were still a few minor adjustments that were needed; but Lorna was able to finish them so fast that I was able to still pick up the dress that afternoon.”
“Really nice store and even better people! Last year, my son dropped his wallet near the changing rooms , it had quite a bit of cash in it. We didn’t realize until a week later, but when we went back, the team had kept it safe and returned it right away. Super honest staff, big thanks to them!”

“I went here last Friday, August 04th,2023, with my family. They went here around the time Citi Trends originally opened. I've never actually been there .This was my 1st time visiting and shopping at Citi Trends. The only complaint I have is that we originally got there the day before thinking the store was open till 8pm .While entering, the young woman said no, actually, we close in 5 minutes. " they closed at 7 pm on Google, and it said 8pm .So we decided to go back to Citi Trends again the next day. I came out with an awesome find , complete steal. What a fantastic bargain. The other small issue I had with them was that the music was a little loud. The woman at checkout was super helpful and beyond kind and super attentive while checking out . Thank you for your assistance. I don't know her name, but she was so friendly and so much of a huge help . This store is super clean and well - lit, and it's a unique place to go check it out. And has some unique finds. So go check them out. I plan on coming in again in the near future.”
“I was having a tough day, needed to take up some time waiting for something, and also needed some sweaters, so I looked up the closest thrift shop to where I was, as I’m not from Worcester, and Grime was first on the list. Molly, the owner greeted me with a smile, and I asked for her help finding some warmer clothes, as I’m traveling. She was SUPER helpful giving me feedback on things I tried on, and our conversation helped me take my mind off of things. This store is not only one of the coolest stores I’ve ever been in, they have a FANTASTIC selection, fair prices, and Molly, the owner is a wonderful human. “Went today for my gf she needed some jeans and we were having some trouble finding the right fit , but let me tell you Alexandra helped us and she was just amazing! Everyone in the store was kind but Alexandra was just so helpful so kind didn’t make you feel a certain way, anything anyone needed she went and got it. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and that we weren’t a bother! Customer service isn’t what it used to be but today it was definitely 120% ! “Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”
