“This was a quick shopping visit. I was able to get in, found what I needed ( a LS shirt on sale), and out in 10 minutes. Would have been even faster, but the checkout girl was new and had to call her manager for help. Very nice workers. Better prices than the Target nearby.”

“Lorna and her niece were super helpful when I came in to look for a prom dress. Although I ultimately ended up buying a dress from somewhere else, I knew from that brief experience that they would do excellent job with any alternations I needed. My prom was in a couple of weeks and they were able to have the dress altered in time. Additionally, when my mother and I arrived to pick up the dress, there were still a few minor adjustments that were needed; but Lorna was able to finish them so fast that I was able to still pick up the dress that afternoon.”

“Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”
“I was having a tough day, needed to take up some time waiting for something, and also needed some sweaters, so I looked up the closest thrift shop to where I was, as I’m not from Worcester, and Grime was first on the list. Molly, the owner greeted me with a smile, and I asked for her help finding some warmer clothes, as I’m traveling. She was SUPER helpful giving me feedback on things I tried on, and our conversation helped me take my mind off of things. This store is not only one of the coolest stores I’ve ever been in, they have a FANTASTIC selection, fair prices, and Molly, the owner is a wonderful human. “I think I've been here enough times to leave a review. It was fun today. I did notice there's always different associates, and for some reason Everytime I find something I like they don't have the right fit for me but that could just be my luck. Maybe if I had been hired here when I applied I would understand the stock and restocks of brand deals or whatever. Everytime I picked something up I found it funny that I could always refer it to a perfect gift for someone or even myself. I do like their stuff. It does take a while to get here around the holidays and for whatever reason every time I am here it rains. Lol this review is getting kind of long but I do think this business is deserving of one and id hate to see this place go compared to Burlington coat factory I think this place was less crowded and I forgot there was a dollar tree next to here too in case you need wrapping paper or other super cool nicnacks or finishing touches for gift ideas. The one thing I finally realized I needed help with was this nice jacket I found without a price tag, it was Nike. And I realized I searched up and down for the same one with a tag so it could be priced at the register. And I'm wondering what they will charge me, so they give me two other Nike selections for prices, they said technically the discount would be for the woman's quality item then the men's although none of the three items were the same.. but it was the same brand which I thought they didn't have anymore in store so another pair of eyes was great. I walked out the store to debate my choices and finally just went ahead and concluded my shopping trip. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks I like their stuff...”
“Went today for my gf she needed some jeans and we were having some trouble finding the right fit , but let me tell you Alexandra helped us and she was just amazing! Everyone in the store was kind but Alexandra was just so helpful so kind didn’t make you feel a certain way, anything anyone needed she went and got it. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and that we weren’t a bother! Customer service isn’t what it used to be but today it was definitely 120% ! Thank you to Alexandra and your team for all your hard work!”
