“This BOA ATM is extremely conveniently located within the center of Worcester City. It’s so conveniently situated that, the worst part of using the service provided here is the perpetual lines of cars circling around this little building. It would definitely be more of a 5-star ATMing experience at this spot if more than one ATM machine was available for drive-throughers.”

I placed and order and they messed it up..it was a busy day so I said no worries I will take it as is...the manager apologized and gave me a coupon for a free sub...it was unexpected and not necessary...they went above and beyond..I will always remeber that...as for walmart that its located inside...Horrible...its like a bad late night tv show!”

“Katrina is branch manager of the Sutton Unibank and Allison is staff. Both of them are super nice and polite. I have known Katrina for about 2 years. I have heard nothing but great reviews about their branch and their customer service is wonderful. I do not use Unibank due to the distance but I have often had to obtain payoff so mortgages for real estate closing and I have always contacted Katrina and given the requested information. While this is not her position he goes out of her way to get it to the correct person and given me the payoff within the tie frame I need. She has even been able to provide discharge of mortgages on old payoff (which generally takes weeks to obtain) at other banks. Their responses are always timely and I love dealing with them.”
