100 Worcester St, North Grafton“So far so good! No issues with waiting on any equipment or dealing with disrespectful members. The restrooms are singles, one for each gender, but I haven't had an issue with waiting on those either. It's not the cheapest gym membership in the market, but not the most expensive by any means either. This is also to consider that there's full twenty-four hour access with an electronic key card provided! The equipment is maintained well, and for a smaller sized gym, they have all the members need to get in shape the way they want to. I'm still a fairly new member, along with my girlfriend, if my thoughts change I will definitely provide an update!”

Every single one of the coaches are kind, knowledgeable, and want you to succeed. The community at CFCM is unbeatable as well. You will be welcomed and supported with open arms no matter your experience level. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a challenge and a great community. As someone who has been mostly sedentary for the past decade, I signed up 8 months ago with the simple intention of challenging myself to get healthier. What I got in return was MUCH more. I've made many friends thanks to the community of students and great people that have gravitated to his school. Your team mates are there to support you, and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. There are a number of classes (morning or evening) to give you options that best fit your schedule. There are a range of kids classes, adult classes and female friendly classes as well. There is a two week trial which allows you to try it out with no strings attached, Whether you're experienced or new to the sport, young or old, looking to compete or just to challenge yourself - Professor Carlos has something to teach you about the sport and about yourself.If you're thinking of signing up - I cannot recommend TDT Hopkinton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enough!”

Expectations for each cheer level are clearly laid out before the season begins as well as important dates and the financial commitment. The staff is very responsive to the concerns of athletes and parents. Children are treated fairly and there is zero tolerance for bullying and negativity. Competitions were fun, and all teams were well prepared and excelled at every comp I attended.”

The kids ask daily if they can go to the “kids club” where they offer childcare while we work out of play tennis. Their events have been so much fun, from bounce houses, face pairing to bbqs. The facilities are great, clean, and it’s never crowded. The gym environment is positive and I love the UGx classes offered. We have noticed a TREMENDOUS improvement on his speed and strength. He has been able to do his soccer practices without feeling out breath . I have noticed that during his soccer practices he is now one of the fastest on the team when they are doing sprints (**before ABT he would be in last place). In addition, we noticed that ever since he started training at At ABT he hasn't had an injury playing soccer. We wish we knew about this facility sooner.”

“One of the best decisions for my son was to sign him up here. He's become healthier, gained more confidence, learned respect and self esteem. This was originally a Christmas present and now my 10 year old says he's "committed to becoming a black belt" and would like this again for Christmas instead of a bunch of"stuff". After a year (actually within a month), I realized the monthly cost isn't just for kung fu training. It's truly training him"life skills" that he can use in every aspect of life for a lifetime and that is priceless.”

All the Classes are everyday at various times. Most fitness classes are timed for the 9-5ers, but here they have classes late morning, also. I plan on continuing after my Groupon runs out. So glad I found what I was looking for.”
