Careful I open a unit back in May 2025, got email stating I was going to pay $75 per month and just got a bill of $122. They supposedly sent a letter that I never got about a rate increase. Very deceiving!!!

My husband and I used this storage facility when we were in the process of selling our house/moving. Normally I get skeeved out at places like this, and they never feel quite clean or safe enough to my crazy standards. I can honestly say that every time that I went to this storage unit I always was impressed. The units were clean, well maintained, and it was always easy to access anytime of the day that we went. Highly recommend if you are in the need for a storage facility!

The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Renting a unit with the online signup was quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable storage!

Been getting my car inspected here for years, always very professional service and a friendly team. When the time came to move houses, we took a mid-sized storage unit in this space as well.
Online signup was super easy, the staff was a delight, and the actual unit was clean and tidy. It was a very smooth experience.
Moving in was simple as well, and the roadways are wide enough to easily accommodate even the largest moving trucks. The hours are very flexible, and it feels like the gate is always open when we go. If you're there off hours, they provide a gate code (although we never had to use this).
Cancelling the service was simple as well when it was time to move out!
Overall a really clean, easy, experience working with these guys. They also seem to be managing things really well in light of the acquisition. For example, they engaged in a project to update the doors and locks and were very clear in communication with us and at no point were we out of the loop or felt our belongings were insecure.
Absolutely top tier service across the board, will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Extra space storage is awesome. They just replaced all the garage doors which are so much easier to open and close. Jesse in the office is awesome very friendly. And great at her job. She definitely deserves a raise. If I could I would give 6 stars. Loaded with top of the line security cameras.Very secure and worry free storage facility.

I too had fond memories of getting my car inspected here but their storage facility is pretty bad! I went during a Tuesday afternoon after Life Storage messed up the lock for my husband on a new unit. I arrived around 2 and it was a total ghost town with zero employees around. The office was locked with no note explaining the absent staff. I called twice and no one answered so tried the lock myself. I also had issues. There were no employees or instructions so I had to leave a voicemail (this is now the third time calling). Eventually a totally new number (doesn't match their listed number)
called me back over 2 hours later telling me everything was fine. I messed around with that lock for 15 minutes and was not able to insert the it into the slot. It sure would have been nice for an actual person to be there or answer my multiple calls when I was there. I have never had a storage unit before but really frustrated with the total lack of respect this company has shown for their customers time.
