Jessie is fantastic, she's been able to help with anything that comes up, she is amazing at her job. She absolutely is a fabulous at customer service. She was helpful and even got me another storage unit close the the first one I rented when I didn't estimate the amount of stuff I have.

The awesome woman that works here is amazing the storage is great the only reason not a 5 star is my rent went up almost 50 bucks with no notification email text phone the office staff did their best to help but upper management could do better in communication

The customer service was great. Friendly and helpful. Im a pre-existing customer with a small storage locker and suddenly needed a much larger one to accommodate an unexpected house move. Getting upgraded to a bigger unit was quick and painless.

The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and explained everything quite clearly, and was able to answer all of my questions. I was offered options to consider, which I found most helpful. The result is the perfect unit at a really great price. Compare with neighboring facilities and you will immediately see the difference.Everything is quite clean and appears well maintained. I highly recommend this Northbridge/Whitinsville, MA location. It is also located quite conveniently, and easy to find. Five stars.

Safe, clean storage units with plenty of cameras for security. Jess is informative, friendly and available to answer all questions. The price special is better than any of the surrounding storage areas.
