Recently started using Osterman since home we purchased already had a propane tank with them. Women I spoke to over the phone was very helpful in answering all of my questions. They were able to deliver the week after I called and the rates were in line with average we researched online.

We recently moved into a house that had an Osterman tank already installed. So far they have been a pleasure to work with. Their rates are comparable to other companies in the area, and they did NOT charge us to restart service even though technically we are a new customer! We're very happy so far.

We are new customers and so far have been very happy with our service from Osterman Propane. They delivered very quickly and sent us a lot of great information all within a week. The customer service rep I spoke with was extremely helpful. We look forward to many more years of business with Osterman.
