Such a knowledgeable store owner who advocates for the dogs visiting her store. Took their training classes as well and would take definitely classes here again. A great experience for a very reasonable price.

My fiancé and I went in to Paw Planet today and could not possibly be more pleased with our overall experience! In total transparency, we have ordered from Chewy many times and they do have some deals but we were totally blown away with Paw Planet! My fiancé asked the lovely owner for suggestions on high quality dog food and she was pleasant and knowledgeable. We paid $44 for high quality food - that Chewy sells for $57 (yes, identical product). The store was clean, the owner is knowledgeable and she has lifelong customers in us! Please do your fur babies and yourselves a tremendous service and visit this store- you won’t be disappointed!

I have 3 dogs and I go to this store only for a few things because they are much more expensive than Chewy, Petsmart or Petco. Sometimes the lady at the counter is nice but usually I hear them belittling other customers and other stores. I have walked out many times because I felt uncomfortable.

Really, this place is over-priced but most pet supply stores are. They are usually friendly but it all depends on the day and person who is working there. They can train your dog for you but I wouldn't trust them.

Absolutely love Paw Planet. My pup just completed puppy Kindergarten class and it was fantastic. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. The store is also great. We have stopped in for advice and the staff is always ready to help with anything we have needed.

Stopped by one day to train my service dog around petstores (he struggles with all of the dog smells?) and I was blown away by the experience. The products were absolutely incredible and only the highest quality food and treats. They carried very natural chews and not to mention gorgeous leashes. I saw no products that I disagreed with, which blew me away.The shop owner/trainer was incredibly kind and helpful. I forgot to bring money that day but she still allowed us to train in the store, and even had a bunny and a dog as a distraction to help us. She offered tips and was very good about not addressing Henry since he was working.I will definitely be coming back to this store many times. The customer service and products are amazing. They even had free samples so I didn’t leave empty handed.

Ordered two dog beds on 31st March 2022. Received order number and confirmation. Still not received either bed. Three emails to Company using their Contact Us page, no response. Will keep trying but don't hold out much hope.

I am extremely disappointed with this "fake" business. I ordered a small service dog collar for my working dog. What I received was a collar what could fit a horse. This is very disappoint as I am a Veteran and have been waiting for a new collar for the past few weeks now.After trying to contact this "fake" place i soon found out they have no contact number only email. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESSAgain extremely disappointed in this business as they say their from Australia when clearly they are not. Their website shows a lovely family work photo, don't believe what you see. A company this big would have a contact number.

Kristen and Janice are top notch. I've been going to Paw Planet for over 12 years. It started with Puppy Kindergarten and it continues today. Not only to purchase dog food, but for solid advice any time I had an issue with my dog. They are a tremendous help and asset to any dog owner. Highly recommend!!

My first visit to Paw Planet was 11/16 for obedience classes. I was very pleased with the instructors honesty at what I'm doing wrong, and how to change it, and her genuine concern for wanting my husband and I to train our Yorkie for his safety & well being, so I was happy to sign up for the other two classes. ?
