“I really enjoyed working with this organization. They did an amazing job as the car looks like it came off the showroom. They also took the time to fully clean the car, inside and out. I was going to get it detailed after the repairs, but now I don’t have to. Also the people are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. I also appreciated the regular updates I was receiving as my car went through the repair process, which included regular updates on the estimate. I would definitely work with these folks again and recommend highly to others.”

Booked appointment for that week, and they had in done in a few hours. I've driven with it a few times, including out of state, and it seems to have been installed well. They were friendly and fast. “Needed an emergency winch, while my friend was on the phone with an outsourced call center I called Art's Towing. Talked to a regular guy, he sent someone over, he had to go get a bigger truck. Then they needed to get a 2nd truck down to help. They exlpained to us what they were going to do and gave us the price before they started moving it. The speed of the excellent service was fast and the price was 75% less than the quote the other place sent us after we hung up with them.
Customer service is an Art and just like Art, good service is priceless.”

“Wanted to give Matti, Dawn, Amy, Josh and Chris the biggest shout out ever. was in a terrible accident this weekend and they were nothing short of amazing. I dealt with chris the day after my accident when i had to clean some thing out of my car, he was so kind and so sweet. two days later i came back to really clean it out to get it checked by insurance and Matti, Josh and Dawn were so helpful. Josh pulled my car all they way out for me to get in and Matti and Dawn made the biggest effort and called the driver from that night to find out if we could get what was in the road that night (no luck unfortunately) and i was so grateful. Also i have to give Amy all the love in the world. amazing team. thank you guys so so much ❤️”
