“I had a great experience at extra space storage. They have strong pricing compared to other facilities nearby. It was easy to access, the hours are great, and the employees are very kind. I personally worked with Joe, and he was a pleasure. I definitely plan to come back once I need it! Looking forward to it.”

“We had an incredible experience at Rick at RK Auto Body & Sales! The customer service provided by Rick was genuinely outstanding and unexpected. We desperately needed a U-Haul and had previously been turned away by the neighboring U-Haul location, who dismissed us without assistance. However, Rick at RK Auto Body & Sales was a lifesaver!Rick went above and beyond, taking the time to meticulously search through their system to find exactly what we needed and at the exact location that turned us away. His dedication and willingness to help us were greatly appreciated, and he saved the day for us.We were genuinely impressed by Rick's exceptional customer service, and I can confidently say that for any future car repair work, RK Auto Body & Sales will be our first choice. Thank you, Rick, from the bottom of our hearts. Your assistance meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful for your outstanding service.”
“My experience here was the best I've ever had. Missy was so helpful, and polite when my truck had issues and they were about to close. God bless great people. Thank you Missy wish more people were like you”
“Travis in the dispatch office is one of the best i've had the pleasure of dealing with! i had the pleasure of meeting travis on our job site in boston, he is a very well put together young man who knows his way around a truck! whatever he is being paid isn't enough, couldn't recommend working with travis more!”
“I have a such wonderful experience with u-haul rental at uptown Town in Massachusetts, I recommended to anyone that needs to rent a uhaul Truck. Really good care from the business and employees”
“On Friday August 22 we rented a ten foot U Haul truck to move the contents of our daughters belongings out of her storage unit 40 miles away!!!
Hellens were terrific in every way and the process of renting the truck went very smooth!
We had a dolly and moving blankets supplied by them which made our move so much easier!!
I would recommend renting from them a really good thing to do! ?”
“Very helpful, helped me scan my ID, quick check-in and return processing. Friendly and professional service staff. Would certainly use them again if the need arises.”
