“All of the workers at The Turners Falls Post Office are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They are always quick to help and are always very friendly. My 8 year old loves Tom and the others, they always offer her coloring pages to color and return back to hang up in the post office which is very sweet! I appreciate they’re great customer service!”
“Post office staff are always courteous and do their jobs well, but the phone service is unbelievably bad. There's no chance you're going to speak to a person. Now I have to waste more of my time and drive down there to ask a question I could have had answered in 4 seconds if a person had just answered the phone in the first place.”
