Check the expiration dates on products you purchase! I bought vitamins today, 05/23/2025, and the expiration date on them is 02/2025! I work in the pharmacy at a different CVS and this worries me knowing there is expired product on the shelves.

Today I was helped by an amazing young lady in the pharmacy named Julie. I had a question on pricing for an rx and she was so helpful and patient with me. She was able to help me find a coupon that the rx manufacturer was offering and that saved me over $200! THANK YOU JULIE FOR EVERYTHING!!!! You made my day!

This store is a thousand times better than the Mansfield one but they just put giant computer screens at the pharmacy and want you to enter your personal information right there in front of everybody waiting behind you. How is there any privacy in that, I'm sorry but NO I'm not using that thing when normally give my ID because I don't even like shouting my name to the person behind the counter.

In line in drive thru with one car in front of me @ 4:55 pm on a Sunday. Car in front pulls away right at 5 I pull to winodow and they tell me they are closed and shut curtains on me. It literally was 5 pm but they knew I was in line waiting poor customer service

Can’t even get in contact with the pharmacy because of this automated robot. Then when you get in touch with some one they are always so condescending. Never been treated more rudely by any one more than uneducated pharmacy techs who do nothing all day but put stuff in a bag like McDonald’s

So usually I don’t have bad experiences at the pharmacy. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over five years. But today was horrible this blonde pharmacy tech with shoulder length blonde hair and black glasses opened the window. I asked her a question about my prescription she was extremely rude and then proceeded to ask me if I actually picked up the prescription there. Why would I be inquiring about a prescription that I didn’t pick up? Kind of dumb. She then rolled her eyes at me and sighed and slammed the drive thru window. She then got the pharmacist who told me in a rude tone that I need to contact a medical supply store and that she couldn’t help me. The tone and the attitude I received from these two employees today was not acceptable if you hate your job that much then quit. There are plenty of jobs in the world.

Horrible store. First off, the entire pharmacy closes for an hour at random times in the afternoon for lunch. (Instead of staggering staffers lunch breaks to remain open like everyone else). The staff is very unfriendly, and act like you're bothering them at the drive thru window. All the decent people who were there left. When I went to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens, they refused to cooperate with the new store and send them over. WG ended up having to call my doctors. See the other reviews, they are not wrong about this store. CVS needs to look into how bad this store is run.

This cvs is the worst dont waste your time here. Have had issues multiple times with getting my medicine in the past. Now today my gf had an appt at the minute clinic INSIDE THE CVS the doctor was great, prescribed her an inhaler for bronchitis and sent it to the pharmacy (inside the same store) they said sorry we cant find it call your pcp... have had similar issues in the past with my own medicine this pharmacy has been the worst experience I've ever had since I've moved to this area. Bring your business to 260 chauncy st mansfield cvs. They are great and fix all of nortons mistakes.
