Excellent experience at the pharmacy....Woman named Julie went above and beyond to provide good service despite how busy the pharmacy was at that time....Way to Go CVS PHARMACY!!!

Horrible store. First off, the entire pharmacy closes for an hour at random times in the afternoon for lunch. (Instead of staggering staffers lunch breaks to remain open like everyone else). The staff is very unfriendly, and act like you're bothering them at the drive thru window. All the decent people who were there left. When I went to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens, they refused to cooperate with the new store and send them over. WG ended up having to call my doctors. See the other reviews, they are not wrong about this store. CVS needs to look into how bad this store is run.

This cvs is the worst dont waste your time here. Have had issues multiple times with getting my medicine in the past. Now today my gf had an appt at the minute clinic INSIDE THE CVS the doctor was great, prescribed her an inhaler for bronchitis and sent it to the pharmacy (inside the same store) they said sorry we cant find it call your pcp... have had similar issues in the past with my own medicine this pharmacy has been the worst experience I've ever had since I've moved to this area. Bring your business to 260 chauncy st mansfield cvs. They are great and fix all of nortons mistakes.

I really need to remember that going across the street to Walgreens affords you better service and overall experience.

Terrible location. They are constantly loosing or misplacing refill prescriptions. I have to call the doctor for each person in my family, multiple time to send back over the prescriptions that they already sent out to this pharmacy. I am switching to a different location and if thay location is just as bad, then I will be switching pharmacies all together. No pharmacy should be this careless with people's much needed medication.

With the exception of the person at checkout, the employees do not appear to like there jobs. The people who work in the pharmacy that I interacted with were rude to my husband. I will be asking my provider's to use Walgreens from now on.

Why is it that every one in line for the pharmacy has an issue? I used to go here all the time for my medication. I'd get my million coupons and shop waiting for my drugs. Makeup, some household items, candy, candy, and more candy, always specials. End up spending about $60.00 on junk I didn't need, picked up my meds and leave. There was always someone standing in the help line while they called the Dr. or the insurance company. Always some problem. One day I went in to pick up my meds and the two women at the pharmacy decided to play games with me. Apparently one of my prescriptions was not filled in full. They were short about 3 pills. I couldn't take it as it was and come back for the missing 3. I'd either have to be 3 short or come back in a few days for the complete supply. I was a bit perturbed because I was notified that my orders were ready. Now this meant another trip back to pick up this one order. I asked which prescription was short. They were joking about it and mimicking me! One of them loudly announced the name of the drug. There were a few people standing there at the counter and I looked at her took my completed orders and left. The next morning I called to talk to the pharmacist and went totally ballistic! I couldn't believe that they were so callus as to announce to everyone around the name of my medication and joke about it. I threw more 4 letter words at her than she probably ever heard in her life! Then I called my Dr. and transferred all my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens. A hassle free pharmacy with really nice respectful people, never to have to go back to that place again.

went to get a covid test and was masked properly. my mask sled down the slightest bit and was immediately told to lift my mask up even though it was still on my nose and not completely below it. i needed a covid test because the cases are going up and i’m going on vacation soon. not because i myself have covid and walked in asking. if i did have covid you best believe i would not have walked into that store. the cashier herself had her mask completely below her nose but as soon as i asked for a test i was given a glare and kept getting attitude from her the entire time. way to keep the christmas spirit. definitely will not be asking her for anything from now on.

Went to the CVS drive up window in Norton just to pick up a Script. The girl working the window Kennedy was not friendly what so ever. I ask for a bag and said you can just put everything in the bag and just threw the script in the bag and handed it to me and still needed my Receipt and change so i gave her the bag back and asked to put the recipient and change in it then she crumbled up the Recipient and it seemed like that it bothered her, so i said thank you once and she didn't say a single word back so i said it again and she closed the window. The past few months there has been a couple new hires and I'm not impressed.

I don’t usually make reviews but while I was DoorDashing I had to stop at this location to purchase items for my delivery. My boyfriend and I went into this store, he helps me with DoorDash and especially when it’s an order to pick up certain items and cash out with the red cards. When we entered the building we immediately had this cashier crack jokes with us. This continued up until we left the store. It’s the simple things that matter. While I was DoorDashing, it wasn’t the best with workers who were disrespectful and rude towards me. With my final delivery for the night, it was refreshing to have such an amazing environment to end my deliveries with. Thank you Caylyn and to the other worker, who I unfortunately didn’t catch the name. It was such a stressful night but coming to this store made my entire day. Thank you so much!

Went to the pharmacy today with a family member because they have one pharmacist that has giving him a hard time every time that pharmacist is working and I thought he was kidding but I saw it today the pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves treating people like this , he had an issue with her a few months ago and he reported her to the district manager and they supposed to discuss the issue with the pharmacy and they apologized but she is still a rude person and in professional she should be fired immediately for her behavior
