Horrible experience, and when I tried to respectfully call without insulting or being rude to the male tech, even after sitting though all of my cuticles being cut to bleed, the only option given was to go back, to the same place that just stuck me with the worst full set of my life, so they could “fix it”…. When I simply asked how to remove them asap rather than paying someone else to do so AND THEN put on another new set…. There was no response other than it’s dangerous and I need to go back for them to see. After seeing reviews here and how someone else turned out with their nail removal, I’m not exactly inclined to go back. So I’ll take the loss of $65 as refunds aren’t their thing, but never again will I step foot in there. I’ve always had short nails and nail bed, not once have they been left doing wheelies. Save your money.

Been going to Jennifer nails for over 5 years it’s so comfortable and family oriented, both Jennifer and Joe are incredibly talented and the price is always fair and affordable.
They always go the extra mile with their nail art designs at the end of your service .
I Will always go there , when i ever get the time i look forward to the rest of the family.
Even there children are incredible there so cute and lovable and so respectful.

took 2 hours for just dip, my nails are uneven and you can see under the polish, half of them look like they don;t have top coat on them, so much wrong here for the money I had to pay for them

color was uneven and so were my nails, took forever and only got dip, chipped nail polish they didnt even fix. would not recommend!

-CleanlinessThe place is disorganized. It wasn’t cosmetically pleasing to the eye. When I was looking for the color, the samples were just thrown on a dirty desk.-ProfessionalismIt was not professional at all. I am not one to be annoyed by kids. But when I go to a place like a nail spa, you bet I go there to relax. They had their kids there making a ruckus and I totally get that now a days it is difficult to afford a sitter. But I would never bring my child to my work place and disturb my clients while they are trying to relax.Another thing was that I couldn’t understand the lady that did my nails. She gave me a price and I wasn’t hearing clearly because of her accent and the mask muffled her words so I asked the price multiple times because I was trying to make sure I was getting it right. And I think it was her husband who got annoyed and raised his voice at me saying the price in an annoyed unprofessional manner.- Overall results of the nails.My cuticles are messed up, and are more harmed than properly removed. But she did a wonderful job with the polish application.

Salon was very warn looking, the pedi chairs looked newer however the salon does not use disposable bowl covers. Glad I brought my own set of instruments theirs were not individually autoclaved. People were friendly, the woman who did my service did a nice pedi and mani but she was very slow. I wasn't able to stay for the entire mani experience. I think I'll try a different salon the next time.
