This guy crashed my truck during a detail appointment and didn't tell me. Truck was pulled up to front door inside when I picked up to hide damage. Noticed when I got home, partly my fault for not inspecting all around, but this is unacceptable. Bring your vehicle anywhere else.

Have to say, very nice place, 1$ for vacuums and the have bays as well, cleaning for car mats was 3$ and got air for 75cent, all around, nice clean environment and the workers were friendly. If you like your car detailed they do that along with an automatic car wash......5 stars

Had my car detailed here for the first time & very happy with the results! They did a fantastic job & were done earlier than expected! Staff are always friendly & helpful when I get my car washed. 10/10 will go back for future detailing and car washes 😃

Amazing wash. The staff here are super friendly, the wash does a fantastic job and they towel dry after the wash as well! Definitely recommend!

Great car wash not a typical rush cars there was even with a line great respectful staff pays attention to detail it's a great great place my jeep always comes out clean and clean. How many car washes can do that. None except here

Dear Management Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent visit to your establishment, L&J's Car Wash in Norton Massachusetts, which unfortunately left me deeply dissatisfied.
As someone who has spent the past two decades in the service industry, I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and accountability in all customer interactions. Despite my general reluctance to post negative reviews out of professional courtesy, I feel compelled to share my experience in this instance.
Accompanied by my nephew, both excited to treat ourselves to a premium car wash experience, we opted for your most expensive wash packages. Regrettably, what ensued was far from the positive experience we anticipated. Upon completing the wash and proceeding to clean the interior, rims, and apply tire shine, I noticed numerous scratches on the hood of my new vehicle, scratches that were unequivocally absent prior to our visit.
In seeking resolution, I approached the manager on duty, whose response was deeply concerning. Despite providing evidence of the damage and expressing my concerns, the manager adamantly denied any responsibility, insisting that the car wash process could not have caused such scratches. This interaction quickly escalated to a point where the manager resorted to using offensive language, screaming obscenities, and intimidating behavior, culminating in him instructing us to leave the premises in an very aggressive manner. The manager also came very close to me, asking repeatedly for me to hit him.
Furthermore, the manager's subsequent actions, including unauthorized recording of our personal information and vehicle details, were wholly inappropriate and left us feeling violated. It is imperative to note that such actions may be in violation of Massachusetts' "two-party consent" law, a matter I am prepared to pursue legally if necessary.
The unprofessionalism displayed by the manager, whose name was unfortunately not provided beyond an unacceptable epithet; He referred to himself as "Mike A$$hole", was shocking and entirely unacceptable. This experience not only tarnished our visit but also shattered our expectations of a reputable establishment such as yours.
In light of these events, I have no intention of returning to L&J's Car Wash, nor can I conscientiously recommend it to others. I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that such incidents are swiftly addressed and prevented in the future. If the gentleman I spoke to was only a manager, he should be terminated as a result. If it was the owner who displayed this behavior, it would probably be in his best interested to hire a General Manager who knows how to deal with customer escalation appropriately and let them run the business on his behalf.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service that your establishment claims to embody.
