Would not sign a simple osha form for a respirator. "I don't know what a respirator is" while wearing an N95 mask. Sent me to urgent care. Laughable. Inept.

Left me waiting in chain for over an hour just to tell me they don't have time to see me.

Second time having Alex help out my son. She was fantastic with him. This last time she recommended we go to the ER, which was the right move. Then she called us the next day to check in on how he was doing. Great service, and obviously a caring person. Hope she continues to work there.

I’d give a negative 10 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst service! When they finally called , told me I have to wait for the infection to get worse, not sure how much worse they’d like it to get! Do not recommend this for any reason!! STAY AWAY!!!

Okay, so it looks like that this is not a walk in clinic anymore even though the cvs sign says walk-in. You go to sign in and there is two options( have and appointment and don’t have an appointment). If you have an appointment scheduled the day before then you can be seen if not the system takes you through all the steps of registration then at the last step you can’t finish your registration. I called the NP to understand what’s going on and she said that she is booked for the day and can’t take patients. I walked in with my sick child at 9:20am . Not sure if that’s the goal of minute clinics??? Very disappointed

Stopped by the Norton minute clinic with my mother-in-law who had a foot infection and couldn't walk. There was nobody waiting and it was 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. I knocked on the door to the clinic and the person opened the door and told us she didn't have any appointments available. We told her of the situation and told her all we needed was a refill of her antibiotics. It would have taken her all of two minutes to either look at her foot or write out the prescription but refused. She was occupied doing something even though they were open till 7 and it was now only 6:20. She told us to go to an urgent care center elsewhere. I thought that was what minute clinic was supposed to be! This was a horrible experience. What does it take to be seen in an urgent situation? Does the person have to be spurting blood to be seen?I thought doctors were supposed to help people?Shame on you Norton minute clinic!

I'll never come here again. Worst experience ever, you're better off going to the ER. Dont waste your time.

Awful experience. Wouldn't give me an antibiotic for a throat infection which is what I've always been given at "real " doctors and ENT specialist. So basicly pay 300 for her to tell me to take advil and gargle, which I had been doing and didn't go there to spend money to hear that. She just wanted to sell her flu shots and was very snooty. DONT GO THERE!

I'm writing to let the general public know the minute clinic looked at a rash I had developed. They could not identify what it was and told me to go to the Health Center in Mansfield a division of Sturdy Memorial Hospital to see their Rheumatologist. She consulted a dermatologist and together although they could not identify it after evaluating a skin sample cured it with steroids. The CVs Minute Clinic in Norton sent me a $100.00 bill for doing absolutely nothing! In addition I have Medicare A&B and they refused to send a claim for service to Medicare. This was very unprofessional and inappropriate to charge for the visit. Will never return.

DONT EVER GO HERE! The NP or Fake doctor wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic for a severe throat infection. Just told me to take advil and gargle. Then they want you to pay $350 for that, which I didn't need that advice as I told her I had been doing that for 2 days already and its getting worse. She acted snobby and said, " well they may have given you an antibiotic in the past, but I'm not going to." SO WHY DID I COME HERE, FOR COMMON SENSE ADVICE FOR $350, SUCH A SCAM, acts like she knows more than specialists, what service was given to charge that? RIP OFF SCAM MINUTE CLINIC, Woman who works at Norton cvs main st.

Just another reason to NOT go to CVS. MinuteClinic closes at 530. Fine, I leave work an hour early to make sure I get there before they close. I think I have sinusitis. In a lot of pain and can't breath. Trying to sign in at 503pm. The computer tells me that because of the time they are not accepting any more patients. Then freaking tell me you close at 5pm not 530 if you stop taking patience at 5pm!! Now I have to wait until Tuesday. Thanks a lot CVS for freaking nothing!!!!!

Id give this zero stars if it let me and I'd give it negative if I could. I got home from work and checked hours to bring my daughter in. It was 455pm and they close at 530pm. There was no wait so I couldn't hold my place in line. I live 20 minutes away. We walked in at 515 and tried to sign in and was told by the kiosk there were no more appointments were being taken. The sign on the door said with a patient. We sat in the waiting area. At 5:25 the clinician came out there was no patient. Changed the sign to closed and left. She say inside and talked on the phone for the last 20 minutes when a patient could have been seen. Not happy.
