I had a COVID booster shot scheduled this past weekend, several weeks in advance. I received confirmation emails, including one the night prior to my appointment, stating I was still scheduled for my booster and that I should arrive 15 minutes ahead of the appointment to check in. About an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a phone call from the pharmacy stating that there was nobody available to administer my booster and that I needed to reschedule. When I asked for the next available time slot, they told me it was "out of their hands" and that I needed to go online to their website and look for myself. An extremely unpleasant experience.
