Spent 4+ hours Saturday to get my son and I a watch (with promo, buy one get $300 off the second). They gave wrong sizes which was realized after I left. Had to sit and wait for return / fix it / make it right. And I was supposed to go back next day to finish new watch purchases and they were closed. Even though they told me they were opened (and to come in!) and the hours on clear online and on the store front door. And I went back twice that day. Which was a 35+ minute commute each way in traffic. Called customer service and they weren't helpful. Was told I can do it online, but that's not an option. All for an apple watch....! I think my time and effort is more valuable that the $300 I was supposed to save.

Update: still no call from the district manager avoid this place at all costs super lazy unprofessional people who don’t want to work or helpWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced twice with the same person. Spoke to the store manager today and asked for the district managers number which he could not give out but told me the district manager would give me a call. This is not AT&T but an authorized rep of Blue Logic an independent distributor do yourself a favor avoid the headaches and go down the street to the Hanover location they were amazing and totally helped me out where i feel like this place would give me a lazy excuse and doesn’t want to help

0 stars really no help at all Worst customer experience ever asked for the district managers phone number was told that they have to call me still a month later I'm waiting for that call this place is horrible people who have no customer service nor want to work

Walked into this store last night, store was empty…still we were greeted gruffly and as if we were bothering the only staff person in the store. So, we left and went to the AT&T OWNED store down the street - where they had 5 people working. We were greeted cheerfully, bought 2 phones and upgraded our service. Customer service is king!

Just left this store after being “greeted” by the surliest, most unpleasant young man (short hair/bearded). We planned on buying two new Apple 15 phones tonight here. Now we are on our way south to buy in Hanover.I wouldn’t give that sniveling young man a penny of my money. Sir, if you’re unhappy with your lot in life, don’t take it out on your customers. Find a different job!

Went to the Att store in Norwell to get my phone unlocked was assisted quickly by the manager Jay he was working with 2 customers and was able to assist all at once excellent service!!!!

While the employee was extreamly helpful and I would like to stress that this is not against him at all. He was by himself and managing 4-5 groups of customers and was making sure none of them had to wait for a long time, and that they had all they needed! Way better than I ever did, or could, working in a similar store a few years back. For the device that i was interested in the FOLD 5, there wasnt a working example to try out as i was told "samsung doesnt ship working display models of the flips or folds to the store anymore" and I couldn't get my new phone that day because "they don't ship customer phones to stores anymore either" made me feel like I wasted my time, cause I couldn't even see the phone I wanted, nor buy it that day. If I had known that I would've just ordered online instead of setting aside a significant portion of my day. Again this isn't against the store itself because they employee clearly had 0 power over this. It just stinks because what's the point of seeing a Brick that looks like the phone I wanted, but not actually being able to explore the features, check the inner display for the crease, or feel of the tactile feel of the folding display. Because now I'm nervous I'm not going to like the 1800 plus dollar phone I bought, because I wasn't able to see it before hand. You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it, right? So it seams ridiculous that this is how they are doing things now. But I really wanted to try the new form factor.

It took a while to get a phone upgrade because there were a lot of customers and only 1 employee working, but he acknowledged we were there and then he tried to work on two customers at a time to keep things moving. We got what we needed and he had all the answers to our questions.?
