I had an issue with my Q3 and was a long way from home. Steve and the entire service department were able to diagnose the problem and explain what was causing the issue. All in they did an excellent job !

Bruno Pereira was my salesman. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent sales experience for me. Can’t recommend Bruno highly enough. I live 60 miles from the dealership and it was worthwhile for me to buy my car at Audi Norwell despite the distance. First class treatment. My time was respected and I got a great deal.

My friend and I went to this dealership to look for a car, and we were lucky to have Tracy as our salesperson. She was super professional, friendly, and patient — we visited a few times, and she always took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure.
Tracy and the manager Baher worked really hard to get us an amazing deal — honestly the best price we could find — so we placed a deposit and signed the contract that same day.
Unfortunately, when we brought our old car back the next day for a trade-in, we got into an accident right in front of the dealership. We were so stressed and didn’t know what to do, but Tracy and Baher went above and beyond to help us. They even agreed to take our damaged car at the original trade-in value and made sure we could still pick up our new car smoothly.
We’re so grateful for everything Tracy and the team did for us. Highly recommend this dealership — ask for Tracy, she’s the best!

When the time came to trade in my ML 350 I wanted to try a different luxury vehicle. I did my research and decided upon a CPO Audi Q7. I worked with Jeff Johnson. He was amazing. I was very specific on the color, type of engine, and other features that I wanted. I knew it may take some time to find the right vehicle for me. Jeff was extremely patient. He kept me updated on any/all vehicles that came in to the dealership that potentially met my needs. After about a month and a half I decided to purchase a 2025 CPO with low mileage. I've had the Q7 for about 2 weeks and am extremely satisfied with it. Thanks Jeff for all of your help. I really appreciate it!

Coming up on 10 years living on the South Shore and 10 years leasing vehicles from Audi Norwell. My wife and I have had a Q3, a Q7, and multiple Q5s and SQ5s. Last week I turned in my ’23 SQ5 for the all-new ’25 model — and it just might be my favorite Audi yet.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked with George Proto, and I can’t say enough about him. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always goes above and beyond, and genuinely cares about making sure I’m taken care of — not just during a sale, but long after. He checks in regularly and makes sure everything is right, every time.
I also want to recognize Sean Townes. While he isn't my primary rep he recently went out of his way to help me troubleshoot some challenges setting up the MyAudi app for my new car. He was patient, thorough, and had me up and running in no time.
After 10 years of working with the Audi Norwell team, I can confidently say they deliver a top-tier customer experience. From the moment you walk in to long after you drive off the lot, they make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend.

Drive an A3 Audi with about 48,500 miles on it. The passenger side door handle came off so I went to Audi in Norwell with handle in hand and asked if they could fix. After service looked it over informed me the repair would cost $1400, which really surprised me. Said need to order replacement handle, remove door panel, have it painted black at a body shop…..Based on the $1400 quote I decided to try another option and stopped by a friends house ( mechanic type) , handed him the two part handle…he did a Quick Look on u tube for repair method, no door panel removal suggested and within 60 seconds the door handle was reinstalled and working fine!!!! SAVED $1400!!!! Went back to dealer to explain, recommend they review with technician who looked at car and requested my $219 inaccurate diagnostic fee be credited, which they did after inspecting handle to see it was working fine. My advice, on expensive repairs at Audi on Norwell, get a second opinion and when using their service department hold onto your wallet!!!
