The work took longer than expected due some delay in getting some parts from Mercedes but they never minded when I called frequently for updates. The car was clean when I picked it up. All work performed was listed in my receipt and he happily answered a few questions honestly. They dealt with my insurance company directly. I was able to pick up and drop off our rental right there. It was a hassle free experience which was just what we needed after a collision.”
