Clients report it is the best massage ever experienced, with therapists providing the right amount of pressure to be both relaxing and effective, getting rid of knots. The team can quickly figure out the root of problems, helping clients feel better than they have in years after just a few visits, even when other therapies have not worked. Specific care for prenatal massage and for post-pregnancy needs is highlighted as incredible and amazing. The overall experience is highly recommended.

Hands down one of the best bodywork sessions I’ve had. Cindy is highly skilled and intuitive. I found the experience intense, but incredibly relieving. I felt a real reset afterward. Will definitely be back.

Body Blueprint Wellness is a fantastic place dedicated to caring for your body. Rachel is a wonderful massage therapist who has helped my decades long struggle with headaches and neck and shoulder tension. They also offer pelvic floor PT and facials. What a local gem!
