The only issue was the delay from ordering to installation. We were told two to three weeks and it was must over six weeks. The shades themselves are dry nice, fit well.

We recently installed new windows in our house and had to order new window treatments. Working with Kyle I ordered shutters, blinds, and fabric shades for the windows and they all look terrific. They are lovely to work with, very helpful, smooth installation and very accommodating. I am a contractor/interior designer and it is very important for us to stay within specific timeframes. They were able to move things around to accommodate a quick install with shade right off the delivery truck. Very happy!

I recently broke one of the plastic blind pulls that were installed over 6 or seven years ago. I called Budget Blinds and received 2 replacements several days later free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

We love our new blinds! Only Budget Blinds was able to design, deliver and install exactly the product we wanted. Our Top-down-Bottom-up woven shades bring both texture and privacy to our main room. Worth every penny spent!
